I thoroughly enjoyed part 1 and part 2 most certainly did not disappoint. This documentary not only gets two thumbs up, but also 2 farts and a queef for good measure 😂😂 Also, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night is by far one of the best games in the Castlevania franchise! *PatmanQC* you sir are the Konami Code of historical video games
Btw eric lucard is also related to the belmonts. Alucard makes the alucard spear for him. He will play a huge role in castle vania portrait of ruin which takes place during ww2. Apparently in bloodlines Elizabeth Bartley killed each duke franz Ferdinand and starts ww1and is the niece of Dracula. Bloodlines in my opinion is a master piece and very underrated. It's probably my favorite platforming castlevania game.
Sweet. I've been looking forward to this video! After part one I went and played some of super castlevania 4 for the first time, that game is awesome! I just wish there wasn't a time limit so I could take my time and enjoy the levels more

7:02 Symphony of the Night having classic side scroller 2D graphics was great to see on the PS1. I really missed all the 2D games back then and really had to adapt to polygon graphics which looked rough in comparison most times for PS1. I always wished both could co-exist but developers wanted to try new things with polygons understandably, to advance the games.
Symphony of the Night is such a great game. Alucard is such a cool character, glad they went with him as the main character. I remember getting the game for Christmas and thought I had beat the game in record time and was disappointed. That’s before I found the inverted castle.
Great video. I want to also add that Castlevania: Symphony of the Night for the Sega Saturn which was only released in Japan you can also play as Maria and they have two extra stages which was not in the Playstation version. Looking forward to part 3 of your video.
Any mention of animated versions of Castlevania? Granted, I'm only aware of two: the Netflix series, and of course, the versions of Simon Belmont and Dracula from Captain N: The Game Master.
Id love to find Legacy Of Darkness in the wild for a decent price. I think theres a good game in the N64 Castlevanias, they just need some work. Im strangely drawn to them.
Sega Saturn Symphony of the Night( Nocturne in the Moonlight) was same game but had a couple of extra weapons, levels and spells. Also 3 characters to choose from Alucard, Richter and Maria.
Castlevania Chronicles to me is a fresh game. Because there are so many different enemies and level designs. That is how I feel about it anyway. But like I said in the previous video, it is my #3 game behind Rondo Of Blood #1 and Symphony Of The Night #2.
Missing from your video: The Sega Saturn version of Symphony of the Night featured an entirely new level area as well as new enemies neither of which were in the Sony Playstation version. Otherwise, a most excellent video!
I had CV64 and I found that playing as the girl was the only choice because the camera is a total mess; you're often times being attacked by enemies you can't even see, and using magic seemed to be the only way to hit them. Yes, the camera is your worst enemy.
I will always hate that they cancelled the awesome looking Resurrection game, starring the ORIGINAL original Belmont Sonia from Legends. I was so hyped for that. And then they came out with the clunker on PS2 starring lame ass Leon instead. Sonia will always be the canon "First Belmont" in my heart.
I had heard that the reason why Castlevania Legends was nixed from official canon was because the director didn't like the idea of a female protagonist. I guess he absolutely despised Order of Ecclesia...on a side note I happen to rather enjoy Lament of Innocence
