I just loved how Sonia as a podcaster is so involved and organic about the questions and has done her homework so well, at intervals it felt like she knows Mr. Vikas from his adolescent days. More than his answers, her ecstaticism to listen to those kept audience involved. Brilliant stuff. Cheers!!

Mr Khemani says that he lost about 5 Lakh rupees of his father’s money in the stock market during Harshad Mehta scandal and yet he claims to belong to a Lower Middle Class background. In those days salary of senior government officers used to be maximum ten thousand rupees only.

5 lakhs is 40 lakhs right now so still middle class but not lower middle class i guess

India has been growing since 1992 when we opened our economy during Narasimha Rao and Manmohan Singh period. The growth can further improve as we have a strong base. I find it odd that many people mention Modi as it everything happened in last 10 years. This is not to take credit away from current Govt, but the narrative to say we are only doing now in last 10 years is not a neutral view.
For example, one may have struggled to reach a good position In life coming from a humble background and his child has the advantage to start there. If the child ends up doing better that’s wonderful, but the pedestal the child started with can’t be forgotten. In fact the next gen should always to better than the previous gen.
The interview nevertheless was great for me. Would have appreciated if it did not end with marketing his new fund. That seems to have been the fundamental reason for this interview.

Sir.. thank you share how to develop increment growth to entrepreneurship growth... I am disappointed that your one topic government has enough fund to develop any sector... But what I visualize is the government doesn't have an education fund.. now a day paper is licked all over the state. Government give education fund increase in all states and central position also.. each child from India get education complete free of cost.
Request to government on child educational remove GST.. that is burden on middle class people.
