All your products are amazing I can relate I am like you I do what I like and let it be and people love the products. I have a question related to the items which have for example Hello Kitty on them...as a small business, do you still need permission from the trademark owner to sell such items? I just saw a video of Etsy shop being closed because they used Taylor Swift related stuff in the products and I was wondering if it is the same with art... Thank you! 😊
@marianneHK Hi! I’m not an expert or anything, but there are certain brands that do have trade marks on their brand and do not allow you to recreate their characters. And there’s also some brands that allow fan art. I would definitely check the brand’s trademark before creating your art. I hope that helps!
