Woodworking Kids - How to build a simple birdhouse

Nothing brings me more joy then spending time with my kids and it is even more exciting when they are showing an interest in things I am passionate about. So when both my kids expressed a desire to do make things in the shed with Dad I was ecstatic.
After the typical random nailing and screwing wore thin it was time to start actually build something.
This little birdhouse / nesting box presented a nice simple project that (with guidance and help) my children really enjoyed.
It is a quick project that can be done in an hour or so without loads of fancy tools.

Great project and easy to make. Love that you used nothing but hand tools to show it can be made without spending hundreds on power tools. And, I reckon it would make a great seller at the markets, sell them raw and let the kids pretty them up. Thoroughly enjoyed this video. 👍👍
