thank you !!!the d4 is a bit harder to handle then the d5 . it takes a lot more gyro gain and you need to move a lot of the weight to the rear it helps a lot
Yo I run a D4 and the way that one right there is set up is terribly... Really no offense though and I'd love to help you if you let me. Couple things right of the bat: Servo seems to be way too choppy, gyro is AWFUL (ive had the same one). For drifting you typically run 10.5-13.5t motors and the steering is all wrong... You want your leading wheel to get more angle than your trailing wheel if anything. If you got Discord or Telegram or whatever I'd love to talk to you about this and help
I'm always down to learn more . The car in this video was a parts car at one point and was made to be a runner out of spare parts I did end up giving him an spt servo that works a lot better . I'v experimented with a few different servos and have landed on loving the spt 4412lv . as far as the gyro. I'm amazed at how much better this one works in my D5's over these D4s .
@@MyRClive the SkyRC Gyro? I mean the D5 is a different chassis but god was it awful in the D4. Ive since replaced it with an OMG unit. I didn't realize you had built a few more cars after this one though. The setup was just so weird on this specific car
