My model should be ~ 805mm long (31.7 inches), radically custom, non-functioning engine, unconventional suspension and unorthodox exhaust manifold. Researching CAD and modeling on iPad and Corexy printers.

You can use one channel for servos, just get a servo inverter

The only supra with a 2 cyclinder engine 😂 there is actually a proper 6 cyl inline made for model cars but its from a different company not Toyan if i am sure
I think it was Howlin or something idk lol
But u could buy it and put it in this vehicle (obviously after the project is finished) I see it has enough room for a bigger engine but that would get this to a new level

Imho you should use hex screws. Philips screws looks cheap. But overall amazing like + subscribe and waiting for next vid.

Could you split the chassis in 4 parts in order to be able to print it on 220 printers too? It could be divided in 4 with screwshold
That's what I did to make it fit my ender 5
Why not go with the toyan inline 6?
Is there any way to put throttle on zero with self centering like in FS i6s and use forward backward in same?
Maybe I can put a rubber band , if not using other sticks 🤔

Nice work but.....many people dont realise that 3D printed parts has limits in streng and temperatures. I should use mixed parts with differents materials and realise that you are using a combustion engine....is going to kind soften the chassis with the heat. I hope it helps you.

Hey I’m completing a 2020 bmw m2 comp and my only regret is not getting a model that has all separate parts. Would you be able to tell me where you got this model from? Or did u separate them yourself? Just looking for models that doors and all body panels are seperate

Such a bad angle on the drive shaft is probably going to give you problems later on down the my suggestion is lay the transmission down on its side and try and minimize the angle of the drive shaft

You need to look up drive shaft phasing with universal joints or those wheels will spin like shit. Also get another drive shaft, because some of that low priced chinesium stuff, sucks.

dang I was really hoping the arduino was gunna be part of the build so i can use a normal gun style controller
I'm kinda glad he ditched my arduino idea because that was such a pain in the ass for someone new to get things. Also his flysky has enough channels for gear shift etc etc. I'm sure he will add more functions later which will need more channels
I just finish programing my Arduino I haven't work out the finer detailed but i want to have it set up to be adjustable withe the controller and a potentiometer I'm gunna mount on the car I'm also playing with the idea of adaptive suspension using a gyro to counteract body roll probable gunna run into allot of problems like weight distribution which is kind of one of my biggest problem Voltage Regulator Efficiency and calibrating it to prevent erratic behavior @@orange_tweleve
@@orange_tweleve I have already programmed and Arduino to be able to control the four servo. I still need to do some fine-tuning and endpoint adjustments, and I also intend on making it have adaptive suspension with the use of a Gyro

Metals can now be 3D printed.
It bugs me that he is not using the 6 cylinder Toyan engine that looks more like the supra 2jz engine.
That 6 cylinder engine little over price for this project for now, 😅
