Just a thought? How about taking the beads for your clutch from underneath the flap? This way no one will even know that you took them off to make the repair because those places will be hidden by the flap!

Just need to try them on in store- in terms of their quality/ customer service -I was wearing my (& clearly very well loved- would have had to have been a couple of years old) puffer in store, checking out, talking to the sales assistant when I mentioned the zip was broken - without question (they looked at me like I was the stupid one) said go and get one off the shelf!
I’ve never hesitated buying from them since and wouldn’t feel anxious about asking them to swap something after that experience!

That’s amazing, and I’m so glad they do it. Their stuff does last, I haven some leggings from 2017 that are still totally fine. The hoodie I just returned was 4 years old and sooo well worn and no questions asked. It was amazing
