I was heartbroken that I missed that piece of land on the ocean in Lubec but I called and called and called. No one got back to me and somebody else got it before me. I even sent someone up there to scope it out. Oh well.

Maine is cccccccOLDdddd! ;) How's the Maine temps this time of year. Strange tax there.....one is a smidge over an acre for $693 and one is a smidge less than an acre for $405....big difference dollars for small difference land.
Been in the 30's during the day, low 20's high teens at night. 30 feet of additional waterfront on 37.

Maine is serious about water quality protection. You cannot add sand to the waterfront.

I've been looking for a piece of land in Maine lakefront for a couple years, and this is by far the nicest piece I've seen
