This is brilliant. The misunderstandings due to rapid written conversation are a serious problem. When writing to others was only possible in letters, the time and effort required to sent responses off allowed tempers to cool and reason to intervene. This anger we are all provoking in one another seems to be yet another unintended product of advances in technology and may be leading places we wouldn't choose to go to if the choices were obvious.
