I’ve been curious about IFS since hearing about it in passing… how does larger society miss how faceted people can be

  • @danielek1781

You have a great voice! Better than most audio book voices I’ve heard. Thanks!

I have studied many of RS books and watched countless TH-cam presentation on IFS. This is perhaps one of the 3 best ones... The Audiobook Narrator is doing justice, rendering complicated yet simple concept, this new paradimes. It sounds like she clearly understands what she is reading... She is most likely an excellent practitioner herself!

This was my first time ever listening to an audio book and actually going through I really loved your reading and thank you so much 3>

Thank you! I was reminded of this book in my to read list and here you are discussing/reading it with us as if we were having a conversation together. ❤

I wish people would let people with dissociative disorders talk about our experiences more. I agree with this, but i am sick of seeing so many people who fall into the 'have parts not dissociative disorder' but then they present themselves like they do.

Synchronicity with beginning to listen to this chapter today (Nov 30th), as Melody Beattie in her The Language of Letting Go daily meditations writes about Detachment in today’s entry, discussing an escaped hamster and their attempts to recapture it. 🙏🏻
