Welcome to my little town -Lutz, FL. I’ve been living here for 15 years, and I thought in today’s video I’d take you around the area to hopefully help anyone who is hoping to move to Florida soon. So, Lutz is approximately 15 miles outside of Tampa with an average commute of around 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. It has a population size of 22,235 according to the most recent US Census and it has a land area of 25 miles. What I like about living here is that it’s like small town living with modern amenities.
