Highmore has "A" list quality acting but he's probably one of the most underrated actors out there right now. He needs to be in more stuff. I'm glad to see him in this. He's fantastic in The Good Doctor and convincingly creepy in Bates Motel. Phenomenal actor.

I love these movies coming out that deals with all the problems I had as a teenager and so happy that the next generation will have these movies so that they know that *they aren't alone* in those fears and situations. I wish I had that, but I'm happy they do

Freddie Highmore is perhaps the only great actor from my generation , all the other male actors we have between 20-30 are just passibly good , Bates Motel and his work their are truly great in the purest meaning of the word, this guy should be a much more biggger deal than he is.

Meaning what exactly? To somebody in the world, your problems aren't that big of a deal either. The fact that they are "first world problems" doesn't make them any less valid or real.

Each one of us has to face different problems/fears/difficulties depending on our lifestyle. We have different priorities and needs. You can't just compare someone's misery to someone else's because that "argument" can so easily turn on you: "Oh, you can't buy that new smartphone? What about the guy that can't even afford a smartphone?"

First world problems are specific problems that exist in wealth & in privilege. "I hate flying cos I always get jet lagged."
