Hi sir i recently booked for PM remote session but i was not able to attend due to the local power cut beacuse of heavy rain in kerala, my check in time was 4 but i was not able to check in at that time and i did it after 4:30 but the power went out again at the last step of check in . I looked for the option of rebooking but it shows that i have to pay again, so i did not rebook and i backed out . Will i be eligible for any refund. Can i book Center based exam for PM again for december session, becuse it shows rebooking cannot be retracted. And my last mandatory system test was a pass

Hieee.. i actually had a query i was planning to give my acca FFA paper that is on demand exam but now i need reschedule my exam to some other date can I do that will i be facing any difficulty after rescheduling exam and It will be done on proctoru do i have to write an email to ACCA ?

No, not required as you anyways book your exam through ProctorU so it does not matter.
