Ink apny wah cantt clinic sy last LHR krwa k I got pigmentation...her untrained staff burned my skin and when I said that I am getting burning sensation she said it's normal... and also she didn't apply any wax or cooling layer before direct laser radiations as practiced in verified and approved aesthetic clinics like venus aesthetics.... also her staff instructed me to use chill water afterwards which is not recommended by genuine clinics ...they only recommend icing and give medicine with proper instructions for next 12 hours ....

That's vert strange, you are right, before any energy based treatment, numbing cream must be applied. I was thinking to get melasma treatment from her, but your experience is disappointing. Why didn't she do the procedure herself?
