this is great advice, but please consider rent prices in different areas of the country. I'm in NJ right now & the average rent price is about 1.8k- 2.1k

It looks like in a few months I’ll have to move out and I feel like pressure and been losing sleep from anxiety. Just thinking about moving out, financially supporting my daughter, and working in the tech field that’s prone to layoffs recently. It’s crazy
Thank you for this video. In addition to setting aside additional funds as a cushion, The credit score must be decent when one is being considered for apt rental. That would also determine the amount of the security deposit or whether or not the person is even eligible for the apartment.
@@ty_saucy1662as high as you can get it, stack 3 or more credit cards, pay them off in full every month (don’t be stupid with your money) and your score will build faster, keep utilization under 10%
