I bought used one 6 months ago, my first pixel, and i am very satisfied. Does everything i need with no problem, even battery is really good, with my use, all day with no problem.
These extended Android updates are designed to make older Pixel phones worse. Remember when Apple gave iPhone 4S iOS 10 knowing the update would ruin the phone performance?
I would, they are great value and i loved mine when i had it. Still my favorite pixel design. I bought the original pixel fold for $600 just this week.
I love older phone videos! 6 Pro still looks good. I had a 6a and (same modem, fingerprint reader, etc) and oh my god was the connectivity issue so frustrating. The amount of times I had to use the reset all connections button was ridiculous. I also ended up stopping it from using 5G so that it wasnt burning all of my battery trying to find it.
My Mom was using a failing Galaxy S8 so I gave her my Pixel 6 Pro and got an Galaxy S24 Ultra. She has a deer farm and is having a blast with the camera. The night photos she's been sending me are absolutely crazy. She's also loving the bigger screen. Meanwhile.. my new phone.. is taking terrible photos!! lol I'm definitely selling it and getting the Pixel 10 Pro when it's released! (Awesome video btw! 🤓📱) Edit: The one I gave her was a "like new" replacement from Google Insurance. My first one wss getting so insane hot it fried itself and was randomly rebooting. An issue that a lot of customers had to deal with.
I, as of today, jumped from my 6a to a 9 Pro XL. I look back on my 6a as a phone that did everything right, shined in the picture area but other than that really didn't have anything going for it. Making it the perfect phone for people that just want a solid phone that does not break the bank. I can imagine you can now pick these up here and there for absolute dump prices.
I have a P6P with screen burn-in on the upper right edge, I use it mainly for photography and I recently downgraded to Android 12L because I wasn't satisfied with updates and camera degrading and believe me the photo quality is just awesome
It's called a fingerprint scanner, not a tip scanner, why aint you using your finger on the fingerprint scanner, you are just using a tip of your finger, thats why it doesn't unlock well
Id buy it if I needed a phone. It's a damn good device for under $200 bucks. What phone can you buy new for that price that is anything like the pixel 6pro?
I usually would say yes, it's still worth to buy it. But I can't recommend it anymore. I had my frist Pixel 6 Pro since the launch and after 2 years the display had issues out of nowhere, I got a new replacement unit from Google and now 10 months later it just turned itself off and it's dead, I have to use a Backup device now until I get a new phone. The Pixel 6 Pro is a nice device itself but it still has bad quality control...
After almost 6 years, im considering buying a new phone. I currently have the One Plus 7T Pro McLaren 5G, is an amazing phone but the screen is a little burned on the notification area. Is it worth it to upgrade to a Google Pixel Pro 6-8, a Nothing Phone even though these still have notches/punch holes?
DONT BUY. I had one for a year and the motherboard shorted. I spoke to a repair guy and he said he has 4 more of the 6Pro in the shop with the same issue. In fact this is my 3 Google phone that bricked or fried and I'm not exposing it to high or low temperatures or any extreme circumstances.
Would you consider buying the Pixel 6 Pro In 2024?
I just bought one from outlet at 179 Euros. I had to return it and get refund tho, it has defect display. I keep looking one for used.

I would ,what about the software update?
They gave it 2 years of android OS support this is a win
Love seeing the extended updates now I can use my Pixel 6a a little longer.
Truth be told I feel like buying a 6 or 7 Pro again.

@ I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
It really does make a difference! 🔥
@@jevonsims900 I think that with how strong the Tensor G1 is, this wouldn't be an issue anymore.

Normally it’s a shame that we say “old” to a three years (!) old device
Excellent review
Appreciate you brother! 🔥
Thank you 😄

Watching this with my 6 pro from the day I bought it. Planning on keeping it until they stop supporting it
do you guys use the ultra HDR and the p3?
This phone looks better than the 7 pro
I agree, the 6 Pro & 9 Pro are my favorite designs 🔥

Nothing I can think of 😉
I was stupid for selling mine! 😭😭
The crazy thing is... You can get another for dirt cheap 🔥
@naseemspeach Amazon! 😎
Would you pick this over the Motorola edge+ 2023?
Personally I would 😄

Is Google pixel 7 pro has same problems ?
Video on that coming very soon
I remember I unlocked my friend's Pixel 6 one time with my unregistered fingerprint 😅.
What 😅😅😅
@@discocat2500 what??? That's crazy 😭
I just got mine from eBay unopened for $160 dollar brand new 😅
You got yourself a steal! 🔥
So that mean pixel 6@6P still relevan on 2024 ,And because his system nearly on pixel 9 or upcoming...
DONT BUY.

Thank you for this review... Please do same for the pixel 7🥹
Why do you want a review for Pixel 7? You work for Google? There's too many Pixel 7 reviews already.
You got it! I'll try to get that video out soon. 🙏🏾
