      Glad to hear that! My battery powered ceremony system gives you way more control than say an Everse 8 with an iPad setup. Since I was a soundman before I was a DJ, I am used to having a lot of control at my fingertips. I get that with this system. Good luck with your first wedding!

    Concerning the MAUI 5 go
    Just sold mine it's ok but you really have to push it. And the if you want to use a mic forget it unless you use a mixer because going directly into it you have to crank it all the way up and even then it's not enough. The system you have here is great 👍🏻

    • @DJ2Legit007
      @DJ2Legit007  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The only thing that has changed is my mics. I now use the Phenyx Pro PTU-71 lav and handheld mics. They are ROCK SOLID!!! I had changed to the American Audio APX12 GO BT speaker, but not anymore. The battery on that speaker is total CRAP. So I went back to my Behringer B210D speaker. Much more reliable. Also I will never recommend the Bose S1 Pro. It's just way too small and not enough output, imo.

      As long as your speaker can play music from a USB stick, of course you can. I choose not to go that route because I need more precise control at a wedding ceremony. Sometimes the bride wants me to start a song at a certain point in the song so I need to set a cue point in advance.

    My question is why not just use the battery pack or a larger battery pack and just use your controller on an x stand and one speaker and call it a day but this is alot better than that 6" Bose we jus use the same system that we will be using for the Reception for ceremony then a battery powered speaker for cocktail an use the same controller for the reception and have not had any issues one plug for power and one snake plug with power & XLR for signal to a K12.2 and done

      @@DJ2Legit007 by the way.... its not to many dj's that represent virtual dj the way you do. Because of the leisure to modify the system so much I actually was thinking about converting over from Rekordbox as well. However, if you ever get a chance. could you elaborate even more as for the internals such as setting hotcues/ color coding the cues. (I'm not sure if virtual has that.) To even trying to use the program on a external drive. Because my music files will take over the internal memory. Hopefully I made sense. -Take care

I really didn't think it would power it at all lol. The specs on the power station say it will power any device 100 watts and below. My speaker is 200 watts and it powered it with no problem. So maybe it will power yours up too? I just can't tell you for sure and if it does, it may power it for maybe half the time it powers mine because yours is double the power.
