I really liked to see the Vet's grandson assisting his grandfather. He will learn so much by making rounds with his grandfather. The young man was working the shoot and gates really well. Maybe he will become a Vet too. That kid was raised right - when he speaks to men he says, "Yes, Sir." He's a great kid - we need many more just like him.
I have to agree with you on all the points, especially the grandson who worked the shutes like a pro !! I met Dusty's sister yesterday, on the channel for Daniel's Arms Homestead website !! What a nice family !! I'm so glad to have come across both channels !! Lord Bless and protect them ALL !!
Doc Parsons's grandson seems to know exactly what he wants and he seems like he’s been working with his papa for most of his life. I think is so awesome! Our next generation of ranchers and farmers will be great at what they do because they have had great role models.
if they're a good role model, they'll steer the children into other career fields and not farming. Bust your ass and get paid like a gas station attendant
Interesting, he came across to me as trying too hard to prove something, stand-off-ish, in a better than you I’m king shite, standing up stiff to seem taller, yep, kids gotta learn to chill. His arrogance hides blaring insecurity!
Watching the Canadian calves stare down the Dakota pure bulls... looked like a starting line for a football team... the CC sauntering to the bulls... really casually... too fun!!! I did chuckle!!! Great job all! Great Teamwork!!!
Dusty…. The first video I saw of yours was when you went and picked up Lumpy. That lead me to watching more of your videos. I love the bison. What you and others are doing to bring the bison back - building the herds genetics back - reestablishing a healthy lineage… it fills my heart with joy, with a strange pride, with humble respect, that I can even watch this unfold. Thank you for sharing this amazing journey. Blessings and abundance to your home, your friends who so happily help you and your beautiful Family.
Love all of the new adjustments and direction your going with the channel. Feels like watching a documentary while getting to hang out with the guys. Need to get yourself one of those hydrolock rigs for both places! Thanks you helpers Bo and the Brandons and incredible video work by chandler and Cole. Love all the the new up close shots of the bison and work
I can’t tell you how much I love watching your Bison anytime and your family and friends !! I think Doc is an amazing guy and his grandson is a breath of fresh air ! Brooke of course is adorable!! ❤you have such awesome family and friends! You Dusty are so truly an awesome wonderful man !!! You never forget to thank everyone even your Awesome Bison !!! Totally awesome 😎 video I was waiting patiently for it and truly was not let down !! God Bless all of you always ❤!!
Seeing Brandon involved with his family business, assisting Doc, hearing him share what he’s learning was really great. He’s a young man that’s been brought up right, shows respect & is not afraid of hard work. He has a strong foundation to develop into being able to accomplish whatever the world puts in front of him. I had a totally different experience a couple of weeks ago. A retired Marine Vietnam vet & local volunteer on our fire dept. came by to see if he could earn some money (at a fair price) cutting apart an old maple tree that had come down in Dec in a severe windstorm. I went out one morning & returned to see him loading some of the wood into his trailer & there were 2 boys (10 & 12), sitting inside the truck, playing on their phones! They’re his grandsons & had gotten tired of the work, so they quit. I had a talking to the boys, about respecting there grandfather & they about spit in my face. Talked some more to the guy & got some of the back story. Went back to the boys & they gave me the finger! They locked themselves in the truck & I gave them a piece of my mind. Then they jumped out of the truck & ran off the property. Feel bad for the man, his daughter has got her hands full, father not in the picture. I feel worse for the kids, the road they are heading on usually doesn’t end well. I did give the kids something I hope they will think about - when they pas & stand in front of our Lord & are asked why they disrespected there grandfather so badly, what was their response going to be? I’m sure the shrug they gave me won’t be an acceptable answer!
Brandon is such a nice young man . He is a pleasure to listen to because he is knowledgeable , respectful , and his love for his granddad is very apparent . A young man that any parent or grandparent can be proud of and work beside .
Love watching the bison get worked. Doc Parson knows his stuff and his grandson was a big help. His system worked very smooth. Y'all did a great job and glad Big Joe was a good boy this time. Stay Blessed 😊
The vet and his grandson works great together. The grandson must have been helping his grandfather since he was a little fella. The vet is spread thin He is a modern day miracle. I could watch you and the bisons all day. The video was fantastic
I wish I had the money to buy you that system, I just couldn’t believe the difference of working these bison with the hydraulic squeeze system, so quick, smooth and safe for all involved, GREAT JOB! And Brandon is so knowledgeable and experienced for such a young man, good on him!
Doc's shoot system is awesome. Doc Parson is a real special guy helping you out with your herd in so many ways. His grandson is going to be so much like him. Brandon is so respectful of his elders and has his head on straight. It is shame to say that this young man is rare to see somebody whose conduct is that way. It is so cool to see a family that is so tight and giving to each other family member.
Doc Parson is a wonderful treasure & a wealth of knowledge !! And his Grandson Brandon knows so much about Bison it is amazing, but it makes sense he has been working with his Granddad since he has was a very young child, and he is only a Freshman in High School now!! AMAZING YOUNG MAN !!! The Young Bison did so good, that chute made a world of difference!! GREAT JOB Dusty with all your help !!
Love watching you all and the crazy energy that those calves have! Cole's voice is just awesome 😎 Thanks for sharing your bison and good job everyone 😁
Not sure part of the video was best, but I know I loved hearing Doc’s son say “yes sir” more than once. Refreshing to hear a teenager be respectful. Raised right! ❤️❤️
Love watching Dusty and his crew working the bison i rember see him work them back in the beginning he has came a long way .just wish I could be there in person and see this its exciting. Beautiful animals .. be safe Dusty God bless
That looked like the smoothest big Joe has been worked. Now Hoss might be your next "problem child". Love to see all their majesty up close, but I do worry about the humans part in this. God Bless & keep on keeping on. Doc & his grandson are awesome.
Watching your herd grow and prosper and all the changes to the ranches that you have made has been very enjoyable to see! Thanks to everyone involved that has made it possible.
Much much better operation on the bison herd this time. Also, commendable of you for publicly owning your snafu with the other herd. Stay humble sir and you will be richly blessed in all your endeavors.
Well, Dusty, I can see you will have one of these working hydraulic bison systems in the near future, you and your family have done well for yourselves and have a great start for your herd. I look forward to seeing this happen for all of you.
Luv the bison... I got addicted to them and I really love watching the new shoot of Doc's and his grandson Brandon... and of course Dusty and his lovely family.😊
Dusty, you never disappoint! I really enjoyed watching both parts of The spring 'working the bison - 2022'. As ever, the comradery and your love of bison is always at the forefront. I will continue to enjoy watching you grow as a bison producer an the improvements you make on the ranches along the way. Great job!
Loved watching the Dusty Baker Bison Olympics! Left, right, forward, back, run, jump a fence! What’s your best time Dusty? Haha! Just glad you all are safe. Doc Parsons and Brandon are a great team! I know he is so proud! Just wondering how much Big Joe, Dunbar and Hoss weighed???❤️
Hoss is going to be a good bull for The Ponderosa! Got my Big Joe fix !! Another enjoyable vlog of working these beautiful animals. Man, those calves can move fast! That young man working those controls like a pro!
Truly blessed. Did I miss how much big joe weighed. This is so exciting watching you. And docs grandson is amazing . So intelligent. He will be a big plus to the bison world the older he gets. Another fantastic video
Enjoy watching the teamwork with your family and friends to work the bison. Along with your TH-cam community support I hope you’ll be able to get your own Hydraulic Bison Squeeze Chute.
I was here the first time you worked the Bison. Or at least it was those videos that caught by heart. That's a thunder I miss. Horses and cattle, Bison especially they're so magical and the strength is amazing. It's very scary when ya have to do that. My heart was pounding and the energy coming from the big screen was amazing Big Joe want a gorgeous guy.
Congratulations Dusty on a job well done!!! We have been watching you from the beginning and never missed a one. We have watched Brooks growing up and love her!! She is a doll. Be careful and take care of yourself. So lucky to have Kevin!!
Morning Dusty and family! Love watching your videos especially working the bisons. Doc's grandson is very polite and knowledgeable about the system and the animals. Happy that it worked out on the ponderosa! Thanks for sharing your adventures and be safe and healthy plus your family and friends 👍😊
Wow Doc’s system is amazing, and his grandson Brandon is really an asset and hopefully he will follow in his grandfather’s footsteps 👍👍 Dusty your respect and care of your bison is outstanding😊blessings to all your workers🙏
Wow! That was impressive! Even the sound of that hydraulic system made a big difference! It could almost lull you to sleep. 😉 Thanks to Doc and that grandson of his! Thanks to all who helped! Kevin, Daniel, and Marrisa too! ❤️
Another great video!! Went wayyyyyy smoother for sure. Look forward to seeing all the new plans as they unfold. I know others have said it but seeing Doc's grandson work was terrific. He is a smart lad and so very polite!!
Thanks dusty and family for allowing us to see this beautiful animal and taking care of such an American legend! From Montgomery al 🙏 ❤️. Happy Easter 🐣!
Super fascinating to watch what it takes to keep, maintain, feed ect a very healthy herd of Bison! Actually looks like a lot of hard work, but at the same time a lot of fun.
I am amazed how much Doc's set up helps the whole process. I'm a proud native & an Okie. Your work with the bison means a lot to the future of pure bison & Oklahoma. Thank you.😊 Thank you
Great video, and what an awesome young man(Brandon), he knows what he wants for his future. I wish him all the best in his life, and Doc Parson's is great too. It's wonderful that it all worked out working the bison and having everyone help, you're blessed to have so many amazing people around you Dusty. Take care and God bless 🤍
It's so good to see a young one working with pawpaw. Your bison always look so well taken care of. What a wonderful thing to have to pass down to your children. Your doing wonderful keep it up! Happy Easter 🐇🐇
This is ALWAYS the best time to watch and the hydraulic system does make it smooth! (It almost took the fun out of it even if it is better for them!) Please post weight differences for Dunbar, Big Joe, and Hoss. I always like seeing it every time.
I loved it 💙🌸. Its like watching your favorite show on TV 😊. Big Joe has gotten used to being worked 👍💯. I'm glad it went so smoothly. Doc is right up there with Dr. Pol 🌷❤🌹. Great job you guys 🐃 🌾 🌿 🌻.
Greetings from Wisconsin! I'm so glad Daniel Arm's steered me to your channel. I love your videos, especially when your working the herds! Keep up the great work. I'll be right here watching. Have a great day folks!
Big Joe was a perfect gentleman today. He worked so well and from what I saw on the video he was about as calm as Bison can be. His demeanor shows so much about your management style in working with bison. He definitely showed that he was king of the Ponderosa and expects to be treated as royalty. Big things are coming to the Ponderosa. Looks like the Dunbar group out smarted you this time. It is so satisfying to see animals demonstrate their intelligence. Keep up the good work. Glad I found out about your channel.
Dusty your a humble man not taking all the credit, giving to everyone who helps you in your daily ranching rodeo adventure. Stay safe enjoy your friends and community
You are very lucky to have Doc to help you and teach you because they are very big animals to work with. Thank you for showing us these big beautiful animals.
Big Joe likes Doc's set-up! What a long way he has come from never being worked to this! It is clear that he may not like it but he trusts you to get it done and get him out. I noticed that working the Dunbar herd was a bit calmer too. Was it quieter, less metal banging, or was the sound modulated during editing? The herd seemed less agitated. Thanks for all you do to help restore these majestic animals to North America.
Amazing how working the Big Joe herd went a lot smoother. That hydraulic system is impressive. The video & music was really nice. Happy Easter from my wife & I to you & your entire family. One more thing, Doc’s grandson beyond his years.
I am not a farmer, nor a rancher, not am I planning to be one in the near future. Again, I am amazed It and extremely grateful that you and others like you have the heart to do what you do with these beautiful creatures, that G-d place upon this earth.
AWESOME JOB!! Big Joe made it look like he has always been that good!! This time it was so much easier. You are such a Thankful man. I love that you give thanks to everyone who helps your operation. God Bless you!
That was amazing. Big Joe and his ladies were sooooo much more relaxed . It looks like Dunbar has grown into his Big Ioeness back at the blue silos. He seemed tobe channeling BJ's wild side, while Joe appeared to have taken a chill, oill 😁 How much does one of the portable chute systems cost? Are you thinking something similar, with the option of moving it or somethjng less transportable?
Portable hydraulic bison squeeze chutes start at least 10-15k+ just for the chute not including the 2 catch pens on the back. Doc's system is top of the line$$$$$.
Hey Gang, Dusty, wishing you and yours a Blessed Easter. God's Good Blessings to you and your beautiful family keep up the great work love U guys XOXOXO stay safe and healthy
Dusty that is fantastic squeeze I got so excited to see how safety and wonderful it is!! The ally's are great too!! Love to this his grandson doing great job! Absolutely out of this world!! I know with time you will have a automatic squeeze!! Tell Dr I said he is a outstanding person to help you also give him a hugg from me !! He is a great friend for you!! I also couldn't believe how fast you all got them done!! I will pray for you and Miresa to get a Squeeze!! Sandy from Indiana
Just getting a chance to watch this video ! Always enjoy the day of working the Bison . It’s a show for sure ! Add ins to the handling system worked great .. catwalk was a great add on ! Dunbar always gives a show for his time on camera, and comes out in a slow walk with his tail up like he’s ready to rumble ! I thought Big Joe was going to tackle the big gate again , but he didn’t ... did his time through the shoots and jumped out of the gate ready to rumble also ! These 2 Bulls are a show of their own , and know they run the place ! Glad all are safe and a good day ! Thank you for the 4th time seeing the Herd..’Herds’ being worked ! Never disappointed in a video ! Glad Dusty has such a Posse of family and friends to add to the show !!
I like watching your videos. You are very down to earth and thanking a lot of people who help you. You are very luck to have family and friends to help you work the bison. Like someone said you are a great role model. I grew up near a bison farm in northern Wisconsin. It was great to drive by to see the bison. Thanks for what you do!
I hope your Easter was blessed with time for rest and sleep as well as being with family. Your eyes spoke of the physical and emotional stress of the day. I hope you can be kinder (you are mentally beating yourself up) to yourself as you go through the "learning" and improving at both locations. Your core supporters of family, friends and Doc Parsons are amazing. Your love and appreciation for them and your dedication, caring and concern for your herds shine through in all you do! Blessed be.
When the animals are moving away, no pens or barn can be seen, it's easy for me to travel back 65+ years and see the Buffs moving as a herd across the open land of Eastern Montana. We would trail behind and both sides on Buff smart horses moving where needed. I was about 10 when I was allowed to join the drive. Love keeping up with your daily ranching activity. Happy Easter, God Bless ❤️🙏🦬🇺🇸
Good job, Dusty! Training the Dunbar herd to eat in the pens, so they'll be easy to catch when needed! Did you notice in this video, how they bunched up at the sharp corner going into the chute area, but moved smoothly along the curved fences in the exit area on the way out? You need curves on the way in, too! Watch the movie, "Temple Grandin" for lots of good ideas on how to set up facilities to keep stock calm and moving smoothly.
Dusty you have one of the good group of people helping you out you all are amazing people good to see every one together like see the bison the sun set is beautiful god bless
Dusty Just wanted to say to you and your family is God bless you and thank you for all of your videos and the Bison. I have never made it to Yellowstone to see the Bison in person but I caught all of your videos I have the bison and I love them so much you got have Belle Starr you have Eleanor my two favorite is Eleanor and Belle Starr and then you got Hoss and Big Joe. JUST WANTED TO SAY THANKS FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU 🙏 HAVE DONE FOR THE VIDEO KEEP ON RANCHING. ❤ YA'LL FRIEND NANETTE FROM TEMPLE TEXAS ❤❤❤😊
Thank you Dusty for sharing your bison journey. Gives me hope for the future. What a fine young man Brandon is! I have a suggestion for a name for your original bison ranch: "PONDEROSA PRIME".
Dusty this went awesome for you!! The young ones went great for you. Sometimes just want to hug the bison. Great unit Doc has. Every things coming together for you!
Good job Dusty. Always enjoy watching you work with your Bison. Your new Dakota herd and Wolverine herd. Always love to see Dunbar and his herd. Good job on your dream Dusty. Happy Easter
Hay Dusty Great job I really like the care that you take for your safety and the safety of the Bison . It's nice a young person so polite as Doc's grandson 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
WOW that is the way to go for sure. Big Joe seem to go way better. Brandon is a very knowledgeable young man and well mannered his entire family should be proud.
You wrote my thoughts too. Thank you. :^)
He seems to know his stuff and very polite.
That’s how you learn and that’s how you teach them the right way
That's what this world needs more polite kids like him because now day there are not many kids that are polite
And so respectful
Interesting, he came across to me as trying too hard to prove something, stand-off-ish, in a better than you I’m king shite, standing up stiff to seem taller, yep, kids gotta learn to chill. His arrogance hides blaring insecurity!
Jesse Hachey, I disagree. He is proud. Yes he wants people to know he is proud but I certainly don't think he is arrogant!
Watching the Canadian calves stare down the Dakota pure bulls... looked like a starting line for a football team... the CC sauntering to the bulls... really casually... too fun!!!
I did chuckle!!!
Great job all! Great Teamwork!!!
Crack me up! 😂

Docs system is fantastic!! I love how Big Joe was like, No big deal. I do this all the time. When we KNOW what a pain he’s been!!
Lol!
😂😂😂 Right! Big Joe is da man!
Brandon is such a nice young man . He is a pleasure to listen to because he is knowledgeable , respectful , and his love for his granddad is very apparent . A young man that any parent or grandparent can be proud of and work beside .
That went really well. Big confidence booster to have Big Joe go that well. Congrats on a good day.
Love watching the bison get worked. Doc Parson knows his stuff and his grandson was a big help. His system worked very smooth. Y'all did a great job and glad Big Joe was a good boy this time. Stay Blessed 😊
Wow! I was surprised, seeing Doc’s system. Sooo much more efficient!
Agreed.... pricy? Another mortgage?
You guys worked your butts off today!!! It so nice to see the love you got for the buffalo. There gorgeous beast there huge! ❤️🐃❤️

I was thinking the same!
The grandson is such a well mannered, polite, and seemingly hard working young person. What a refreshing difference from many youth we see today.
Doc's shoot system is awesome. Doc Parson is a real special guy helping you out with your herd in so many ways. His grandson is going to be so much like him. The Bison panic like wild horses but they're both incredible animals... Safety first!!
Beautiful Family too 🙏

Happy Easter! Thank you

I never cease to be amazed at how graceful they move.
The sound of the machinery seemed to be mesmerizing for the bison; well behaved from beginning to end.
This is ALWAYS the best time to watch and the hydraulic system does make it smooth! (It almost took the fun out of it even if it is better for them!) Please post weight differences for Dunbar, Big Joe, and Hoss. I always like seeing it every time.
Oh my goodness that was so much easier than last season. Big Joe was in and out with no problem. I just held my breath when i saw him come in.

Big things are coming to the Ponderosa. Looks like the Dunbar group out smarted you this time. It is so satisfying to see animals demonstrate their intelligence. Keep up the good work. Glad I found out about your channel.
I'm always on the edge of my seat watching this. You guys amaze me. Magnificent animals. Love this channel!!!
Brandon knows what he wants, good kiddo. As always God bless stay safe until the next video 😍
Thank you! Happy Easter
Y’all do my heart good! Thank you. God bless you on this glorious Easter morning.
Passion, love and gratitude all wrapped up in this great video.
These bison look so much bigger. I love watching you raise them . Proud of you
This was awesome.. so much easier it seems with hydraulics … and quieter also.. so nice of Doc.. and how smart is his grandson! Good show!
That was amazing. Big Joe and his ladies were sooooo much more relaxed . It looks like Dunbar has grown into his Big Ioeness back at the blue silos. He seemed tobe channeling BJ's wild side, while Joe appeared to have taken a chill, oill 😁
How much does one of the portable chute systems cost? Are you thinking something similar, with the option of moving it or somethjng less transportable?
Portable hydraulic bison squeeze chutes start at least 10-15k+ just for the chute not including the 2 catch pens on the back. Doc's system is top of the line$$$$$.
@@GaHullbillyRanch I was not surprised at the cost... but it is worth every penny....
I also couldn't believe how fast you all got them done!! I will pray for you and Miresa to get a Squeeze!! Sandy from Indiana
Productive day. Yes, I’m sure you will sleep well. Great community of bison people.
Thank you for remembering your wonderful wife. It always makes her feel better when you give her a special acknowledgement.
Dusty, you look exhausted. Hope you get some peaceful sleep tonight.😊
Happy to see docs grandson to help out. Happy Easter to you all 🐣 😊 ❤️
Happy Easter!
Blessed be.
You take such good care of your herd. They act soo happy! Thanks for sharing.
Dusty, hope you and your family have a Blessed Easter. Love your videos!
Yes! You’re correct. That is something we need to fix
Thank you!
