Wow, very helpful video, thank you. I would like to make one small suggestion though. When you do these types of videos with multiple different recipes can you add bookmarks so that it's easier to skip to a particular part? This is definitely the type of video I will save and refer back to multiple times throughout the year!
I just went in and add time stamps to this video. Most of the time TH-cam will do it automatically for you, but it can take a little while. I hope they help!!
So interesting. I rarely ever use any kind of mix. I add seasonings separately. The bullion recipe was a big surprise to me. I would have never guessed to use those ingredients. I’ve never even heard of mushroom powder. Thank you for sharing. Do you have your website up yet?
@@ShepherdingPeppersFarmI meant to say mushroom powder not onion powder above lol I’m guessing you dried them yourself. I’m am going to make some of these in my new jars!
This is perfect timing! I’ve been dehydrating my different types of peppers for different seasonings! I’m waiting to purchase a coffee grinder so I can blend fine. Debating between ninja or just a coffee grinder
I've been using a coffee grinder since it's what we had already. It works great but it's vortex spinning lid design makes it super annoying to clean/dry and def slows things down. I'm gonna switch to a magic bullet for ease of cleaning and ability to handle larger volumes.
@intentionalhomesteading hit the nail on the head with the magic bullet! I like being able to grind up larger quantities of food at one time since we have so much process, plus I dislike things that are a pain to clean. I put my magic bullet in the dishwasher all the time and viola! Piece of cake.
I'll link it for you. The ones I have are circular which they are sold out of but the exact same ones I have in square shapes with the labels and storage shelf! amzn.to/3YeF7Eo
Perfect! Have been dehydrating for the 1st time. Is it ok to dehydrate hot peppers with sweer peppers or even herbs? Or will it add heat to sesonings you don't want the heat? Can't wait to tey your recipes on your website! Your lil guy is such a cutie😊
I dehydrate everything together and have never had any issue with other things getting hot, unless they fall onto the same tray! Which only happened once, when I dropped it. It does occasionally make for some weird smells in your garage though. 😂 I'm excited for you to try them too!
OMG how precious is your son helping you make this!!!
YES!!! I love these kinds of videos the best! These types of seasonings cost so much money at the store and there are way too many preservatives.
Thanks for the video !
Great video, I'll be making some of these seasonings, thank you for sharing xx
Thanks for the video 😍😍😍😍
Great video . Your son made me smile, mine is 16 now and he used to help me like that. Treasure it because it goes by fast.
Thank you, I definitely try too! I have a mini panic attack thinking about them being all grown up! ❤️
❤
Thank you for sharing!!! I’m going to make some of these !!! Can’t wait !!
🙌

What do you use the peri peri seasoning on?
We really like it on grilled chicken! It can be used on a lot of different meats to season them.
Can you do a video on Garden Huckleberry please
I will definitely add that to the list for next growing season. Our huckleberries are done for the year.
Did you buy your labels already made or do you have a label maker
These jars came with premade labels
Do you make your own beef or chicken powder? Or can it be purchased somewhere?
We have chicken and beef bouillon recipes on the website. Www.Shepherdingpeppersfarm.com
Do you make your own onion powder.
Absolutely!
Where do you get beef bouillon powder? Freeze dried beef bone broth? TIA
