I've tried all of this and nothing has worked still please help. Im doing this to fix another issue i have where I can't play any games due to " a d3d11-compatible gpu (feature level 11.0, shader model 5.0) is required to run the engine. " and now I don't know what to do anymore.

that's not a problem , tell me are u using laptop or pc ? i guess u're using laptop not pc ! also share ur gpu model so i can guide u through.
@ I am using PC but it is 4 years old, don’t know if that matters. I have the AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
