I had this and also thought of DNS problems too. Strangely after trying all other solutions, I plugged in the Ethernet cable and all was OK. It was solved by deinstalling the adapter (in my case the WLAN, but could just as well have been the Ethernet) and reinstalling.

This video is bullshit. Let's go through it. First, I assumed there was just some fallacy involved. Some post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy, because the thumbnail showed a speed up. But that test wasn't done. The thumbnail is a fake. In this video we see someone change his IP from dynamic via DHCP to static. It is important to know that routing within a local network is not done via IP. It is done via MAC-Address. A package called ARP is sent through the network, asking "Who has IP-Addr" and a computer is answering "That's me, and my MAC is:" And from this moment, all switches and router and your computer remember on which port that MAC address is for a while and the package with the actual network traffic will address it via MAC address. This process is not different with a static or dynamic IP. If you say static IP would be a speed up, that's an extraordinary claim and require extraordinary evidence. Dangers: You did not look up the range in which the DHCP server hands out IP addresses. We can now have easily an issue with an IP conflict. The above mentioned ARP package would get responses from two different system. And if the network hardware remembers both answers or just the last is everyone's guess. As far as I am aware, that is not standardized. But we would also sent packages to the wrong computer. The IP would fit, but when unpacking the package, the computer would realize it is for a different MAC and throw the package away. You just made your internet unstable. If you use static IP, make sure no one else in the network can be assigned the same IP address first. Trying to look cool: There is also a menu to set this up… Just in network settings. No need for powershell. I have nothing against powershell... But that was done to make your video look cool.

Its a pubg issue and seems to be for i5, i7, i9 cpus. Super weird. Lock fps at 60, anti aliasing on low at 60fps (capped)and lower resolution until it stops studdering, seems to differ on different maps tho so just ply woth the resloution. View distance low too
