- Crazy drift builds are nothing new to our friend, Monster Energy driver Sultan. He's LS powered a Porsche 911, an Aston Martin Vantage and even a Bentley! But his newest drift build is about to change the game completely. Taking an exotic car, stripping it down, fitting a twin-turbo LS, a Porsche PDK semi-automatic and a one-off bodykit from The Kyza, that will do it...

not DDEs mclaren catching fire, gets repaired and then crashed into 2 weeks later 🤣 they've had such bad luck with that car.

You should get a hold of FD Champ Mike Essa and see the "Drift" Ferrari and future Aventador he is building for Damon and Dave, as he is part of DDE now. Mike will be competing in the California LZ event, and they have a few amazing cars, including a Huracan with a third peddle, a hydraulic handbrake and a couple Ferraris with converted gated manuals, made to to slide around "The Block" at their HQ formally the Hoonagin building. It would be a cool video or two, similar to the amazing stuff you are doing in Dubai. Love the content, boys.

I’d like to see him collaborate with DDE when they finish their f12TT drift car along with both of their 599 block beaters. Something about supercar drift builds just hit different.
I mean this all due respect to both parties... Sultan gives off major middle east Ken Block vibes. Quiet, humble, but a mind for crazy builds and pushing the limit, while being able to drive.

This is going to be so bad ass! I'm not trying to be negative here because his builds are unreal, but Tyler McQuarrie did have a 993 Porsche in FD in 2008 and I personally think that Chris Forsberg's "Altimaniac" is the wildest "drift" car, but this thing is going to be un freaking real!

Not sure why the LS gets so much hate. The man with bottomless pockets could have any engine he wants, but runs LS engines. Kind of a big statement.
Because there is LS and then there is "every single part is after market, but it started as an LS". Once you throw tens of thousands at any engine you would expect good things. The problem is people praise these built engines with nothing original left as "a great engine" when stock it wouldn't have survived the dyno.
@@davidjameswales what I was getting at is he could put money into RND a crazy different engine or go with any other popular engine platform, but chooses the LS over all others.
@@davidjameswales whether or not everything stays the same internal or external it's still an LS based engine. It's really about how happy the engine is when it's making the power and LS handles it well.

@@driftgames_life No - it was regular Murcielago before - build in 2014 with ``Monster Energy`` livery. Later it has ``Advan`` livery - and after that it was restored and builded with new LB bodykit + Big turbo.

Forged carbon is starting to grow on me. I was not a fan when it first started to appear. However, I still don't like the mismatched body panels, even though they are carbon. The hood being exposed is as far as I would go. Anything else is getting painted I don't care lol
All his car are amazing but he should build some cars with different engines. They're all basically the same exact builds just different body

I have a challenge for you: You need this guy, and Adam LZ to test drive a Escort Cosworth. That way we get 2 of the best "car build guys" do what they do to the best car ever made(in my opinion) Because if you get them behind the wheel of one of them cars, you just know they wil buy one, build it and make it into one of the best versions of that car ever made.

Sultan must have seen the videos of Arios drift McLaren in Japan but if anyone can out do that one and take it way over the top its gonna be Sultan. Its gonna be a awesome shot of Sultans McLaren drifting on the doors of Drift Games 2JZ Liberty Walk wide bodied Lamborghini. Cant wait for that day
Of course, but the Arios car is a GT3 car with a handbrake and knuckles, super cool but the difference between this and that is the difference between a Formula Drift S15 and an S15

Daigo Saito's Murcielago is far from "just a stock car with a handbrake and an angle kit" and has been reengineered and built from the ground up as a full on Drift Car. It's a master piece by Daigo and Fat Five Racing, it will be hard coming even close to such an build.

Not a fan recently. Talk about being faced with problems as no-one has faced them before, but must be super easy when you have that much cash behind you and a team of folk 3d scanning stuff. Average Joe in the hobby doesn't have that same stuff and they build/run amazing stuff. Should be focusing on that. I'd much rather watch a guy on a budget stuff a sr20 in something as opposed to a multi millionaire buying super cars.
We show both sides, in the last video we bought a JZX for €3800, so it’s all about the variety of cars. Regardless of budget or challenge, we all have the same passion 👊

Alot of people don't realize that all current McLaren road car engines are based on a Nissan VRH35L from the R390. So McLaren and Nissan together isn't that strange.
Idk about the pdk. You could go with the gallardo manual transmission. One of my customers has the ls3 bolted to gallardo manual transmission inside slc kit car. It’s a super nice gearbox.
In using DDE for an example you have to keep in mind the 720 motor had minor work done to it to pump out 900ish hp and was tuned to 1000hp and with the way Damon holds gears flat through 3-5 in that thing it was expected he was going to put its guts all over the road 😂

Hmm i love the cars but when you use the same type of engine in all of the cars it is kind of bad. The heart of the car makes it uniqe in my opinion. Still quite impresive how he makes somthing form all from CF.
