Pricing on these is outrageous. Should be starting in the high 400s and nicely appointed at 700k. Instead it starts at 650?
Taylor morrison prices we're already are ridiculous. They are more insane in this market they we're my first choice but at 700k that's a no for me especially in fl where jobs don't even pay that much
