I didn't expect a shout-out😂 thanks❤ but originally, pro simulator told me about this, so he half-deserves the credit😊
To note further - I think it's above level 100 because this starbase is sort of related to the jurgans, swarm or something. Because above level 100, when there's a swarm faction in the unknown star exploration area, the probability naturally gets higher, because most people I have talked to said that they had tons of joumagandr chasing them too. I don't know why the starbase isn't a living ship this way though - but it's rotten😂
A special feature for this starbase is to be able to push and move this, I think it's very light. I don't know the exactly if you need inertial dampers for this (since someone told me you can move this starbase very fast). It might be very useful in arena and levels to dodge this way, imagine😂

I also found it early, after repairs this thing is pretty neat, since it has a large repair drone that repairs good damage, but since its rotten and physical armor doesnt go very well with it, you can use shields instead, be aware of the emp torpedoes thought, but atleast this starbase, with shields, has an insane damage recovery speed.
Since its considered a wreck in the radars of enemies, it has 2 very energy costing modules, which can protect you from ghost missle abuse, hambour's drones and contagion clones in arenas.
I really REALLY hope a faction for this starbase(like the infected starbase belonging to contagion, the cristmas one belonging to the special ships)

Its because he has maximum bonus Def and ATK, level 100 and especially +20 module
+20 module is the main reason battleships survive 400+ exploration missions

drones and missiles don't see you since you are rotten they don't target you

I've seen enemy whistle so many times when I'm entering an exploration mission, but still, no whistle blueprint, the level of the mission is 15 and still no faction 17 ship blueprints
