This video was incredibly helpful! I'm definitely going to give these weedless plastics a go, and I'm sure I'll catch more fish. Thanks for the tips Jakko!
Love a weedless placcy. Have recently moved down from Darwin and these were a go to for the barra, Egret placcies on flashy swimmers. Glad to hear I can recycle them down here to hunt some big cod!
been using weedless for MC for years now. for me its the zman 7in paddle tail n the TT(tackle tactics) 12/0 chinlockz sws hooks(weedless). from unweighted up to 1oz(28g). use this in the winter in copeton n all seasons in the rivers round inverell. the only thing i do is dip the tail in a fluro color for winter copeton n wen on the rivers i change over to uv colors. also i will coat the lead on the hooks with either fluro or uv color. at no times have i used a stinger in copeton. luvin the shed chats mate, more of over the coming season.
Great video Jacko, have some rigged up in my gear but haven’t been supper confided in using them.I will now give them a go.Are you using clips or a loop knot. Thanks again mate very informative.
Great session mate! I’ve always been unsure about using that technique. Does same go down grading smaller plastics for yellas and reddies in the thick?

EPIC Jakko. Gave it a go and WOWEE! It's the next best thing to a surface strike fish hit it with 100% commitment. Will be a go to technique.

Hey mate, I personally don't think colour matters that much. I do have my favourites though.. I like anything that has a lot of white to it
@@JakkoDavis yeah righto I was divided between white or a natural colour so see how I’ll go
