Thanks for the great interview and clarifications 🙏 28:29 I couldn't help but notice Dr. Gillete's eyebrows raise there 😂 and appropriate 🤔 facial expression...
HDL-C 82 Triglycerides 62 Cholesterol, Total 239 I am not sure or body %fat… but I would say I am lean but if I eat carbs I can quickly turn the other way. Would love more on diet for LMHR. My body does well with fats and I crave fats. I do best with body composition if I keep my carbs around 50. I wish I could process carbs better. I have to be walking while I eat them not to store it. 🙃 appreciate the topic.
My cholesterol is 122, triglycerides 63, HDL 48, and LDL is 61. I’m at around 10-12% body fat. Recently I feel like my muscles have been taking a lot longer than usual to recover as I feel fatigued even a week after the workout when in the past I could workout for a month straight 2 hours everyday with no soreness. I wonder if I should change my diet or get on some bpc 157 temporarily

Hire a doctor dude. They're not here to answer your personal questions.
