Hey! So at this point when I made the video my rotors were in pretty decent shape. I've already changed the pads again in the front at around 53k miles and the rotors have a big lip on the outer perimeter. I still don't have any warping or vibrations in the steering wheel or in the car. But next time I have to change the front pads I'm going to have to look into new rotors sadly. I hope this helps!
Hello, I usually get my parts from @grperformanceparts because of their rewards. Here's the link www.grperformanceparts.com/ebc-yellow-stuff-brake-pads-for-the-gr-corolla-2023-front/ I hope this helps!
Hello! So these pads are still pretty dusty performance wise they feel really good still. I’m taking my car to Limerock on Friday ask me again later in the week so I can give you a better response💯💯💯
Hey, owner of a 2023 Corolla SE here. Any chance you know whether or not this is similar if not the same on my car? Would love to do my own work, just cant afford to screw it up.
Hello! Its going to be a bit different on your 2023 SE due to the GR Corolla having a different braking system. Any other video showing how to change brakes on the E210 platform will be your friend! (2018 and Up)
Man, so impressed with your one handed brake changing, calm and patient instructional diy tips on this video! 1000+ Thumbs Up! TY!
always wondered how to do this! Great video!
Thanks for watching!
Do you need to compress pistons on this car or no
Hello! Yes i had to press the pistons back in. At 2:00 you can see exactly how i did it! I hope this helps!
Hey, I know this is 10 months old at this point. When you did just a pad swap, any issues with the rotors?(vibration or warping?)

How do you like the pads? Im in dire need and if these dust less than the stocks id rather get these
I definitely like them but the brake dust is still bad especially on the stock rims. I ceramic coated my new rims and it is a life saver
How are these pads compared to OEM? Performance/feel wise, and also dust? I like the feel of the stock pads but the dust is out of control....

@@BluesGarage_48 thank you for mentioning e210 specifically!!! And thank you for the information, I'm going to look it up. You rock dude.
@@nortonman5238 No Problem!! I wish you nothing but good luck!
don't blame Toyota for the brake dust when you've driven a billion miles in like one month😂
Nah dude it’s genuinely bad.
I will clean mine completely, and one trip to Costco they are completely caked
naw, a billion and 1 to be exact lmao

Expensive stickers lol
Very! And it looks like I'm going have to order some more of those expensive "stickers" soon lol
