This broke my heart. So many people and institutions failed him. I am so proud of their mom. I am also super proud that Dalton has remained so positive and kind. If you read this Dalton, please take time to go online and google intersex conferences in the US in 2024. Apply and chances you will be accepted in one and attend in person. Just tell your story in writing the way you just did here. This can be a start of an amazing easier next part of your life

We live in a very primitive society - that a kid can be humiliated by teachers, sent away from a school, chastised by a village chief simply because of a biological anomaly
