What I really don't understand is that if someone has the vaccine and are protected from covid then why does it matter to them that I choose not to have the vaccine
Its becuase there dumb as shit. If they believe they are already protected from this so called "covid virus" they shouldn't be concerned by someone else's choices in whether or not they take the vaccine. They should be just living on with there lives. But we all know theres loads of Karen's about that don't like to mind there own business.
I also believe that if folks are vaccinated it ought not to matter what others do. However, on a small number of local friends this is not what they think! A few ladies who run a local sewing group have decided amongst themselves to exclude anyone who hasn't had the vaccine. I'm very surprised at this reaction! I feel like I've been discriminated against if I had wanted to join in. Obviously I don't want to join in now!
How is it moral that I should be forced to have a vaccine, where we don’t know the long term effects and which could potentially damage my health to spare someone else’s health. That’s like saying: you have to potentially sacrifice your health to spare someone else’s. Also: I thought the premise of vaccines was that if you have the vaccine, you’re protected from the virus so it shouldn’t matter. I get that some people can’t have the vaccine or chose not to but why should it be incumbent on me to step up when there are so many unknowns regarding the vaccine, irrespective of wether someone works in the NHS or not? There’s only so much care workers are paid to do their job and potentially sacrificing you’re own health is surely unacceptable. In 10 years time, we have no idea wether this vaccine will or will not cause detrimental health issues? Just like many other treatments such as thalidomide etc? Remember doctors used to advocate smoking and look where that got us.
I have been made redundant, and as part of 'redeployment,' they simply sent a link which any external person can access. Is it my responsibility to apply for roles within the company or their responsibility to offer me suitable roles?
Great video, much appreciated! Could alternative remedies such as Ivermectin which have been proven to stop infection and transmission be insisted on by the employee rather than vaccination, if we're talking about saving even 1 life.
Hi Daniel, I enjoy your videos. Could you please advise what is your view on whether an employee of foreign origin with a lack of English can state that he feels that he is disabled because of the lack of English - he has a mental impairment that has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on his ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities (s6 Equality Act), he can not do what other average person in the UK does, cannot speak and understand?
Daniel very good. How about when you need to look after an elderly parent who is infirm in their late 90s. Can your employer force you to put them in a oldpeoples home, or get carers to lookafter them at your expence. And if you dont have you for miss conduct if you dont. It happend to me, no contest i quit whith imediate effect. Union could not do much.
Thanks for your videos. They are very helpful. Now that there’s lots of evidence that the vaccines do not stop infection or transmission, and actually there’s lots of evidence on reinfections in the vaccinated, what’s your view on the mandates for NHS and care home staff to be vaccinated or lose their jobs?
@espouse de SACRECOEUR lol thanks. I took legal advice. Basically in recruitment employers can get away with anything so with this fake flu bug they have further license to do what they want. If your already in post it's a different matter.

They think we all have to be like them.
The vaccination does not give you immunity. It just reduces YOUR SYMPTOMS

Finding loopholes to make it legal to force employees to vacinate does not make it right.
Thank you for your videos, they're most helpful
What about those who adopt and in same sec couples where the male might be taking the primary caregiver leave, would these protections apply to them?
What should i do if my employer hasn't reported my earnings to the social security department? They asked me for a month to fix the issue.

Ivermectin is only used by vets in this country I believe for dogs...
Thank you Daniel for your good advice. You are brilliant.

Can I sue the company that booked an interview but then cancelled because I said Don't need a vaccine??
