I'm 100 percent certain that Tommy's drunk on this stream. Wanna know how I can tell? When Tommy's sober and he brings up a topic of discussion, he focuses on it and hammers his point home before he even thinks about moving on to another topic, and he usually has a rhyme or reason for changing the topic. And as I've seen from the Drunk MCC Video, he is KNOWN for trailing off and outright stopping his conversation when he's drunk. Now look at him on this stream. He TRAILS OFF and changes the topic of discussion without ANY rhyme or reason. Conclusion? He's drunk. HOW drunk, I can't say, but he is DEFINITELY not sober.
