This is way worse than the clones, the clones suck. Being able to go invisible and take no damage AND send out infinite threadlings is just dumb and should be removed immediately
It has to be a 3% of warlocks using that build because this build is fun I had my fun moments with it in trials and I managed to win flawless 4 times with it
Just wanted to say thank you. I love this subclass. I'm older so sometimes I need some help and weave walk does that. Lol. It's also so fun. The tricky things you can do with this subclass is great. Like weave walk behind a pillar when being chased, then dropping a rift and watching them get swarmed by threading and punched in the face. Never chase a broodweaver! I usually use foerunner or prophet and a sidearm like punching out or helio.
Bungie: we buffed arcane needles accuracy to compensate the threadling nerf,will you use it as an actual melee now? Yeah Bungie, that 60 damage projectile that still misses half the time (and sometimes dosent apply unravel even when it hits)is very useful... as a weavewalk charges.
Thanks this build helped me go flawless for the first time in solo que of all places lol i didnt use eye of another world i used transversive but i still felt i had threadlings on me every round lol
I use a build very similar to this but with grapple instead of threadling grenade. Almost no one uses the warlock grapple but it’s almost a guaranteed kill if you hit someone even if you die. The three threadlings that spawn on top of them almost instantly connect and clean up the kill.
Lmao you managed to make Jake almost cry with an honestly cope build. It isn't terrible and is probably underrated, but Jake was acting as if it's more cheesy than the braindead hunter builds he normally runs
Funny how Jake was so surprised about finding an ability spam build as if every pvp warlock and their mother wasn’t already talking about packing EOAW to offset the ability regen nerf since checkmate was introduced.
Passage of Persistence inspired me to give Trials a proper shot. And, I learned that I really don't know how to play this map, nevermind just weapons I *should* run. The biggest thing I learned from this video is how different the games are. 90% of my games have the enemy running me down and ramming their guns down my throat. Never loathed conditional quite as much. 😂 Might give Persistence more runs in coming weeks.
I want to not like and share the video out of fear of seeing all strand warlocks in trials... but I'll like and subscribe anyways due to being entertained and showing us something awesome!

I've got both versions of strand hunter. An oem strand titan, armamentarian strand titan and now this warlock. Now it's just getting then down. Idc what anyone says strand is my favorite and main subclass

Daltnix i tried your 2 tap lunafaction build before the new update and it was pretty fun but i tried it again after the changes and its even better now. You can 2 tap with memento mori without buffs like empowering rift and radiant, but its still better to stand in a rift/well because you can 2tap from basically any range i swear its insane. I recommend you try it
I was just looking for some new builds to try and stumbled on this video. I also just got the new trials scout with cascade on it. This thing should be banned no joke.. Gonna mix it with this build over here!
@@ThePackman627 Tbh i aim, hipfire seems to be less efficient somehow. Atleast its harder for me to control it. Im on console aswell so the recoil is something one has to get used to (especially after just gaining more fire rate)
Just got this setup put together and I’m excited to give it a good try. Would you say Sniper is the optimal special pairing with Thorn in this loadout or can you run a shotgun with it and still have a good time?
My trials/como teammates beg me to please change subclass because I always lose against wells or bubbles. Now I’m playing stasis diying because I love strand warlock but súper is son weak against bubbles/wells. Can you please try a video about how to counter them?
you don't need it. the dmg over time is nice bc it will make two threadlings jump off of you instead of only 1. But other things such as ARs are probably better in this meta. just bc 140 are not in the greatest spot right now.
I'm a newb at Trails. I too came across Jake. Only been flawless once. My lobbies are always FILLED with streamers. I need like, a Masterclass in Trails 'cause no matter how experienced my team is, I come across a trio of these guys and get roasted. This video helps. Thank you.

I like how he said that you're cheesing on ability. What is his definition of cheesing? Because all I see is you using an ability and you are building into it with 100 strengths and an exotic. And threadlings got nerfed and are super easy to shoot so if he can't handle those then that's his problem
Thorn works way better for the build. Plus you don't really need more melee uptime if I'm being honest. as long as you maintain 1 melee, your other 2 charges come back very fast.

I don’t wanna hear any streamer talk about cheesy pvp builds. I just fought an entire team of void titans the other day that spammed barriers one after another. Then the last half of the match was spammed bubbles. 5 of them doing that shit I got like 3 shotgun kills the entire game like WTF???

I started using this build but i use crimson for recovery and multi kills paired with a sniper and the grapple nade for extra mobility. Its been so much fun. I don't really find myself out of abilities in the new sandbox too often.
Great vid, I understand abilities are annoying I am someone who likes checkmate over normal pvp, but I feel that jake acts like a spoiled prick sometimes.

I was waiting for this exact video. As soon as I saw all abilities nerfed 15% this came to mind right away. Love the tanking ability and it winda leople up, especially the sweats/ meta crutchers eg pk titans. Jake I also watch all the time but he is one of the many hypocritical streamers. Do you try to hip fire the scout when you get Cascade point going or do you aim down sights?

Using weavewalk as a means to disengage and also prevent something like thorn burn from killing you is pretty saucy

Eye of another world's does go past 100. it's a % increase. I would recommend getting as much strength as you can.
