The manager would definitely serve time for her criminal actions and the employee who tackled your friend could also receive charges... AT LEAST a misdemeanor. Not only could you get them arrested but you’d have a GREAT chance at a lawsuit. Take some time out of your day to read the parks policies... you never broke any of them.

Andi Marie well based off of their story they were previously given permission to do this, plus once they were pulled aside they weren’t actually doing anything and offered to stop and leave without causing any issues. The man who tackled them was actually in the wrong mainly because there wasn’t a crime being committed and only during a physical altercation is someone allowed to intervene using equal means.
