As I’m watching Amanda talk about her going to the hospital... all I can think about it why would a restaurant use peanut oil and not have it specified in the menu or something. Many people have peanut allergies and like she said, the kind of oil a place uses isn’t visible. That’s just very strange to me

I’m so glad you’re okay! I really appreciate you being open about your allergies. I’ve always had to carry an epipen for a treenut allergy and have always been self conscious as people would make jokes about it. What I have always done is told the waiter at the restaurant about my allergies and it makes me feel more safe. Thank you for the awareness, Amanda! It really helps those with allergies not feel alone 💕
I also have a tree nut allergy. It is great we can share our similarities with Amanda and other people around the world. Take care :D

This was such a fun video, sorry to hear about your hospital visit though 😣. Someone probably already mentioned this, but you’ve got to prevent your Tamagotchi from beeping. Check the food meter from time to time and make sure it’s never empty (but don’t overfeed ;) ). Same goes for health and cleaning up 💩.

omg Amanda i also have allergies ( but not until the point that i have to go to hospital ) but mine it itches and im allergic to alot of food like eggs , chicken this may seems im only allergic to these 2 food but its actually not it because alot of food is made out if this 2 ingredients example like noodles or nuggets like anything with that is just gives my skin allergies and it got bad when i was 3 so until now sometimes i get insecure about how that my body have rashes and scars ( btw my face will also itches and will trun red until the point that my friend thought i use make up but i didnt HAHA) but now i gething better and my skin is clearing . btw im an ARMY here🙌💜💜
I also have allergies to nuts, but also white egg. If you give me scrambled eggs, I can not eat it. If you boil an egg and take out the white part but only leave the boiled yolk, I will eat it. Stay safe :)

I'm glad you were able to get a vaccine Amanda. YAY!!! I have a friend with peanut allergies that got a rash on her arm after taking the Moderna vaccine. She later learned that's a common side effect for people with peanut allergies who get Moderna. I don't want to scare anyone away from getting the vaccine. Just do some research or ask your local pharmacist for advice if you have concerns. I did it, it's super easy and they are happy to answer questions.

wow going to be honest I jump in and watch a few of your videos every now and then and didnt you know you also have anaphylactic peanut allergies and this is my. worst. fear. sometimes i feel like my anxiety of having a reaction limits the way i live because im always afraid that i wont be able to breath or do something in time and it's frustrating having to deal with when everybody else gets to live their life so easily and simple and not worry about dying!! im glad you are better though and that you were with your family at least because i couldn't imagine being in a place by yourself with a reaction happening.
I know the struggle! I’ve always had to carry epipens because I am allergic to cashews. I completely relate about the anxiety part. When you go out to eat you can tell the waiter about your allergies and I promise it will make you feel more safe. It can feel like your life is limited but I know you can do it!!
