SONA is not delivered to entertain others but rather to inform and state the progress, plans and results of the administration's work for the past years they took the office. It is a formal speech. As the years passed, the Presidents tried to make it more entertaining for the people to listen to them, to give them attention, and to deliver the speech in more understandable form. But let me ask you a question, if you're in that year (1987) would you be able to accomplish the things she did? would you be able to deliver the speech in the form that you want? The administration's accomplishments and her accomplishment are more important than the form of the speech that you're criticizing.

Based on how she delivers her message, it's boring, even how great the information she's giving to the ppl, but she don't know how to connect to the audience, do u guys think many can absorb what she's trying to say? They can't even blame the ppl for that, since she is the speaker it's her responsibility to find techniques in order for the audience to get what she want us to get on her message.
Don't tell me that's how it is.. cause duterte is different delivering sona takes a long time, but he makes joke to make ppl laugh & not get sleepy while his talking, he may swear a lot, but anything his saying is truth to be told.
Many doesn't realized how that is important, esp. for teachers.. I am a teacher myself, a math teacher which is boring to some.. I always make strategy for my students to enjoy the class & make them feel that it is interesting.. hindi pwede na discuss2 lang halos di kana humihinga.. tas students mo majority naiwan na.. nganga.. my point here is have some breather in between.. para connected ka parin sa mga students mo.

As the years passed, the Presidents tried to make it more entertaining for the people to listen to them, to give them attention, and to deliver the speech in more understandable form. But let me ask you a question, if you're in that year (1987) would you be able to accomplish the things she did? would you be able to deliver the speech in the form that you want? The administration's accomplishments and her accomplishment are more important than the form of the speech that you're criticizing.
