I think that 71 thou on the odometer is original - just look at how nice and straightly lined up all of those digits are. When those roll past 100,000, the digits are never as straight afterward.
Back in the old days, people sometimes blamed the mis-aligned digits on odometer tampering.

I have a 1973 Z28 Type LT that is very similar to this one. It used to be owned at one time by a well known NHRA hall of fame Canadian drag racer by the name of Buck Kinney. Mines also black with white stripes but has a split front bumper and an automatic. Same rims but I had them powder coated in a metallic gunmetal dark gray. I also added solid body mounts and redid the front end with cpp control arms ,new premium steering parts and a new quick ratio steering box. Added some bilstein shocks and now it rides great and and handles amazingly well for its age. One of my favorite cars to drive from my little collection. Change the rims to that gunmetal metallic on this car and it will look way better too.
Love your cars Nick and Maple Motors keep them coming! I'm watching and waiting for one to show up that gets me reaching for my wallet!

$21.00 for half a tank of gas? Not these days, folks....lol. The early second generation Camaros have 19 gallon gas tanks, and the gas gauges are very deceiving. The needle stays on "full" forever and then drops like a rock. Having owned several of these Camaros over the years, I know from experience. Overall, this is a really nice Camaro. However, I would have to see the VIN in order to see if it is a true Z/28 package code before paying the asking price.

i wonder what the payments would roughly be on this. Very interesting!!!! Looks like it used to be yellow at one point @ 24:37 . Screw stuck in the tire @ 24:10 btw. Clutch/gearshift shakes @ 7:51 . A bit pricey but still very awesome. needs some TLC to keep it strong. Driver's door opens/shuts pretty good. Would have liked you to check the passenger side door. Pulls to the left a lil? Alignment needed?? Rear 3-piece spoiler looks a bit off from each other. Needs brake lights!!! I wanna drive down from Louisville this Saturday and check it out!!! Great camera work, my friend!!

@@BAD4U22 they are. For that price i feel like everything should be repaired. That inside door corner rust drives me crazy. One of the 1st things i repaired on my 79 camaro. It was no cakewalk! This one in the vid is pretty nice for it's age but man i see nicer ones on FB Marketplace for half the price.
