How do I get my company to positive net revenue as fast as possible?
Amazing video with great content. Thank you!! My question is How do you put together 5-year financial projection for a start up when nobody knows how much I'm going to make in the first year?
i have many ideas many skills but im young what do i do man
Thank you for your time and your videos! Time is money but you take your time to share information you know and have learnt to help others! It is very humbling and amazing! I hope your company continues to grow and go strong!
"If you're worried about someone stealing your idea and out-executing on that idea, you're not the right entrepreneur for the idea... the difference between a great idea and a multi-billion dollar or even a multi-million dollar outcome is actual cold hard execution." WOW, John is the CEO mentor you never knew you needed!!
I need to stick this on my wall now :)
I appreciate the kind words Shiva!!! :)
Dude your value is nuts. Praying that you keep growing, cause you’re crushing it and deserve absurd amounts of growth
Mason that seriously means so much to me. Really appreciate the kind words. Genuinely so so grateful to have your support :)
Waiting for your videos all the time, they are so REAL🔥 Met Vitalii in Toronto, learnt about your channel and your down-to-earth tips are so different from other content creators!
Massive fan of the channel and great advice for the most part, just one note:
DON'T USE AN AGENCY/DEV SHOP TO BUILD YOUR MVP.
So many founders do this and it hardly ever works out.
Great caveat here! I should have caveated harder that this method rarely ever "scales" but can be enough to build a clear MVP to test traction/fit!
Need to be very rigorous around execution/delivery with 3rd party agencies/devs too to make sure they actually deliver on time/at the quality you need!
Another banger of a video!
I really love this real startup kinds of videos. its super raw and relates more to me
love your content and vibes man! Keep it up.
I remember seeing you I think back in 2021 or 2022 and thought WOAAHHHH this guy’s building something cool, I hope to see him again in a couple years killing it. LOW AND BEHOLD YOU ARE!!!!!!!! thank you for being such a source of inspiration and for creating a 10/10 platform!!!!!!! this is the leadership of the future, keep at it!!!
Pamela your comment absolutely made my day!! Thank you so much for the kind words - and being a part of the journey for so long! Hope to get to celebrate with you over the next few years as we continue to build and persist!

@@jayhoovy sure I will, share similar values and most importantly I enjoy seeing how joyful you are with what you do even going through obstacles. I enjoyed reading your post a few days ago on the importance of addressing your childhood trauma. Lots of stuff in the back end that affect performance. Still learning lots., won’t stop can’t stop. Thanks again 🙏
This channel is something else 👩🚀🚀
3:30 im a beginner in coding, less than a year of experience. AI has helped me so much with coding in project and accelerate my understanding of the code. also accelerate my project with the AI already give me the codes and I dont have to type it down, just copy and paste.
I've been following you for a long time now. Your advice helped me and my founding team navigate our seed round (I spam our "random" slack channel with your vids lol). Just wanted to leave a thank you!

that's some great insights mate, although I don't have a startup, but I think it's a cool experience.
If you needed a graphic designer in your company, would love to get in touch and see if there's room for potential partnership since I'd love to experience working with the startup culture
Would you hire a college grad in 1 year?
Keep it up! ❤
What are the main KPIs that you use to track your company's success?
Highest level KPIs are: ARR, Growth%, Churn, NPS but that trickles down into smaller first principles input metrics!
