I saw this as it happened ... and you know, I think his saying it that way brings a picture to mind that one wants to stay away from anyone that is speaking moistly (cover and duck -- yuk !) that isn't wearing a mask -- he shook his head at himself and said "what a picture" ... but I think that mental picture actually re-inforced what he was trying to convey. @Scotland1908 he followed the information that he was given by the experts. the WHO needs to be held accountable and also accountable for not holding China accountable. They knew how serious this was and did not report honestly on what was going on. Did you know that there was a clause in the newest trade agreement between China and the US that in the case of an act of god or a "pandemic" China would no longer have to honour that trade agreement? Yes. And it was signed on december 15th when in fact we have learned that the virus first showed itself in china in november. they sat on it until that agreement was signed. and it took until march 11st for the WHO to declare it a pandemic. Chuck the blame where it belongs.
