    Vreau sa inteleg cand fac eu branza de ce scartaie cand e proaspata trebuie sa astept vreo 3 saptamani sa nu se mai simta scarzaitul

      Dacă îl încălzești prea mult se “strânge” sec și fărâmicios…

      Da. Asa este. După ce se face cașul cu laptele rece , zerul se pune la fiert și astfel avem urda . Laptele de oaie este foarte gras de aceea avem 2 tipuri de brânză ..
