I did not notice that . Can you try if the fps limiter works on your legion space ? It seems broken now since the update . Usually I had a sound confirming that it is enabled but now it is silent , and you see the fps counter not going down to the asked target
Hi, AFMF2 works for me but windows and legion space resolutions are stuck at 1600p! I don't have the option to switch to f.ex. 800p. What did I do wrong?
@@eduardo1055 I've actually figured it out. I didn't have any issues installing AFMF2 until the new bios dropped. I mainly play D4 on steam and for some reason, causes my drivers to stop working. This is where windows really starts to mess with things.. Windows will automatically detect a driver failure and proceed to install its propriety microsoft driver, which does not work with legion space, it causes it to not launch. Here are my remedies: Run DDU - Disable wifi and follow along T-PEN's DDU video. Install Drivers - I decided to do a fresh install of 20.8.1 drivers, instead of AFMF-2, for testing.. Follow T-PEN's video on new driver installations, pretty easy to do. Disable One Drive - This program breaks everything in windows, at least for D4.. It removes files from the system that certain games need, so I removed syncing and it fixed my game. Disable Auto-Driver Installation - There are plenty of guides online on how to do this, but in short; this will prevent windows from auto-installing without asking for your permission first. Should the driver fail, windows in theory will ask you first before installing a default driver. This will be the opportunity to reject that installation request and restart the device. I'm testing this out on my legion go right now, i'll report back if it happens again. So far, 24.8.1 isn't causing any issues. Time will tell. No potato, sorry.
Disable CPU boost in windows. Your CPU is likely boosting to max frequency as it is able to go all the way up to 5.1 Ghz. I disabled it so it wonˋt go above 3.2-3.3 Ghz and the fan is not even rapming up anymore. You can find videos on youtube of how to disable it. ps you wonˋt see an performance drop in games.
he has a video on how to do it on his channel, straight forward to follow. If you do it, turn windows updates off as it reverts back to the original driver
I just want the legion space UI to have lossless scaling integration, gyro mouse emulation and per game settings.
I never even thought about this but yes, I agree!
I love people dreaming to join 2 enterprises with magic of "please I want" 😂

@@erick1fpb have you seen github? Developers respond to me on there its crazy lol
that's odd.. Mine not doing that and still staying at 144hz on AFMF2 driver
How did you get the different resolutions to work with the sideloaded drivers ? I am missing those options after installing the new driver
What do u think is it better to use fsr in game scaling or AFMF2 + RSR, both with lossless scaling

That's your fault on changing something in the software (windows or legion or drivers) resolution is dictated by hardware, offered by software
Windows updated last night before shutting it down and broke legion space. I ran DDU and reinstalled AMD AFMF2 Drivers, everything is working again.
Share u steps pls, fps counter dont qork for me, I tried ddu and same issue with last afmf2 beta driver

Just wait for Lenovo to release it officially.
What is your secret for low temps?
When i run my LG @30w its overheating immediately.

Thanks, but it doesnt work. Preset was high. There is no difference when disabled.
Does it allow you to switch back manually?
how do you even get afmf2 to work?
Sideload amd official drivers. Not recommended imho, I rather wait for Lenovo. Thats why he has issues.

Noticed this on call of duty special ops multiplayer, tried to change back to 144hz but when I came back out of the menu it changed back to 60hz 🤬
May u be kind enough to donate me one legion go my friend
