I missed Lille raging because he lost his divine powers. Even that i’ve read manga, I guess it would be weird to See Kira taking care of someone who almost killed your new Head Commander without having a justify.

But as per usual, anything that Kubo personally made and added himself even its characters or scenes for the anime is already considered canon in terms of as it happened in the manga as well. But if the anime studio did that without Kubo's permission/approval, then those are the considered official anime-only filler content.
