Washington Facing Several Inches Of Heavy, Wet And Plowable Snow

Another week, another snowy storm hitting the mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Winter Storm Watches are in effect from Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday morning, with Washington potentially facing several inches of heavy, wet and plowable snow.
