Great video on "Don't accidently loose your ITF effective date" I have argued the language on the ITF form where it says, the first "Application" will consume the ITF and won in the past at the RO. Cary Kern, Accred. VSO, Marine Corps League.
I wholeheartedly recommend Al Walsh! He was recommended to me by a good friend of mine & he helped me get through the VA process. He’s an expert, in my opinion.
Appreciate your take on the 55-year-old rule, as there has been so much misunderstanding. Once you are 55 or over, absent cancer and some other unusual issues, are you pretty much exempt from re-exams?

Make a vid on TERA. Mistakes V.A. makes. How to correct mistakes.
I got a HLR @4 months and supplemental @ 2 months . Will filing 2 more claims delay those claims
Are you saying to go ahead and file for a secondary condition of a primary claim that was denied or is in the appeals process?
