I looked this product up as it is not available in my country. It contains 11.48% sodium chloride, 88.34% sucrose, and 0.18% yeast. So I will mix sugar, salt and yeast according to this ratio and fill that into a container.

Mixture in the tubes creates carbon dioxide, attracting the mosquitoes and trapping them in the cylinder, mixing baking soda with vinegar creates carbon dioxide or brown sugar, and yeast will also create carbon dioxide when mixed with warm water.

just use a yeast and sugar black bucket of water with a little dawn soap in and put it in a corner, preferably little wind in that location.
The mosquitoes will go to the bucket and try landing on it and the soapy water will mean they drown.

I forget), you maintain your yard similarly, even your light-blue/aqua-blue patio furniture matches mine along with the color of my mower shed! it's like we're brothers or something! Anyway, I live in mid-east Tennessee and even though I don't spend very much time in my yard lounging and whatnot, the mosquitoes are effing terrible. Going to try these anyway in the yard. I do hang out in my garage quite a bit with my door 3/4 up because my vaping isn't good for my wife's asthma, so maybe one of the Thermacell canisters might be a better option for the garage. Whatya think? Anyway, good video! And again, awesome looking digs! I can see myself hanging out by the dock with ya, having some barbeque and sipping on something alcohol-infused 😎

Thanks for the compliment! I think the thermocells are excellent. I think there’s just a combination of multiple tools that really make a difference. The yeast tubes that produce CO2., the thermo cell device, the dyna trap. I think it all just depends on the environment. What works best or what combination works best or even all three. Recently added two small smokeless oil lamps to the outdoor decor. The combination of everything creates a completely bug free environment.

My best anti-mosquito success has been this year and I'm using a big zapper out front and 2 Katchy units inside. I put the zapper up a couple weeks before the first baby mosquitoes showed up and it went crazy right away. At that point it was still pretty cold outside. Then, a couple weeks later, I turned on the Katchy units and they quickly caught tons of teeny tiny baby mosquitoes as well as cedar gnats (no-see-ums/flying chiggers, as I call 'em) and fungus gnats. The last few years those damned bitey bugs have necessitated me having to be covered from neck to toes INSIDE the house and this year, no problem. Now there is occasionally 1 or 2 of the buggers that get in the house but they get taken out by the Katchys fairly quickly. For my hydroponics room, I use both the yellow and the black sticky traps, as I have tiny moths as well as the aforementioned buggers.

First; the teeny tiny baby mosquitos are a different species. Mosquitoes do not change size after emergence from the pupa. There is a series of species that emerge at different times of the year depending on location, amount of rain and so on. Some are far more aggressive to humans, the salt marsh species is en example. Black, medium sized and very active towards mammals. Other types are attracted more to birds. Some , as larva, feed on other mosquitos, At least 80 species live in Florida.

Amazon might have pulled the product due to complaints from states. To be legally sold in most states, a device such as this needs to be registered (takes time, money), and I'm not sure the AION Mosquito Eliminator went through those hoops. Amazon is a bit twitchy about selling illegal pesticides because several years ago it was caught and received a massive fine.
