I treat my yard and foliage with bifenthrin monthly during Mosquito season. Works pretty good. Can tell when the product wears off. Might be hard to treat your yard because of the body of water you live on.
Mixture in the tubes creates carbon dioxide, attracting the mosquitoes and trapping them in the cylinder, mixing baking soda with vinegar creates carbon dioxide or brown sugar, and yeast will also create carbon dioxide when mixed with warm water.
just use a yeast and sugar black bucket of water with a little dawn soap in and put it in a corner, preferably little wind in that location. The mosquitoes will go to the bucket and try landing on it and the soapy water will mean they drown.
Had a bucket sitting right above a bunch of mosquitos on the wall in my sunroom. Not one went in the bucket. The science makes sense that sugar and yeast make carbon dioxide but does the Dawn prevent them from detecting it? Who knows but it didn’t work for me.

First off, your seating area is absolutely gorgeous. Second, I understood your explanation of how these things work. With that said, I would recommend the LP gas mosquito Magnet or similar. If you can talk your neighbors into getting one all the better. My opinion. The mosquitoes serve to remind man of the mistake made in the garden. Since flesh and “blood” can not enter the kingdom, I suspect the mosquitoes will soon no longer exist.
Looks like another total bs infomercial for an Amazon product that does nothing. Don't give your money to scammers. As for the ThermaCELL, I've used it myself and it seems to work.
Sorry about that. I have a second video on a Dynotrap that I thought this comment was about. That unit is what I was referring to with the thousands of mosquitoes in a granular looking powder. This video the solution creates carbon dioxide, which attracts the mosquitoes they eat it and then they die somewhere else so there is absolutely no dead mosquitoes in the solution. Again, sorry for the confusion on my two videos.
@@bobbygfl oh it is a repellent then unless we can confirm their death. I don't believe their "science," sorry... I don't see why they'd die from that.
So mosquitos are attracted to the carbon dioxide we breathe out and then are able to hone onto the flow of the blood in our body, and you are telling us this simulates all the mechanics employed by the mosquitos or not?
Sadly Australian eBay, Amazon and Catch do not list anything like the Mosquito Eliminator shown in the video. Using the provided links did not help. Thanks anyway.

Good to know!
Can you show the results (the dead mosquitoes)?
It does not collect dead mosquitoes. Basically they drink the stuff and then die somewhere else.
dang! I watched the whole video waiting for you to open one up so I could see a pile of dead mozzies but no go!
That’s not they way they work
@@bobbygfl What IS the way they work?
It attracts them but doesn't kill them. Just keeps them away from your desired place.
I live in Tampa Florida so I will try it
Thanks!
Can you update the link for this mosquito device?

First off, your seating area is absolutely gorgeous. Second, I understood your explanation of how these things work. With that said, I would recommend the LP gas mosquito Magnet or similar. If you can talk your neighbors into getting one all the better.
My opinion. The mosquitoes serve to remind man of the mistake made in the garden. Since flesh and “blood” can not enter the kingdom, I suspect the mosquitoes will soon no longer exist.
Good info! Thanks fir the feedback.
Looks like another total bs infomercial for an Amazon product that does nothing. Don't give your money to scammers. As for the ThermaCELL, I've used it myself and it seems to work.
This worked for me. Nothing gained from the vendor.
Spartan Mosquito was sued for fraud. Not sure why Amazon still sells them.
@@bobbygfl THANKS Worked for us at our property. People....Aion has their own website.
Still have a solid review of these things? would you still recommend?
Yes. They work really well

Thank you
You're welcome
How many dead mosquitoes do they actually end up having inside?
Thousands, it’s almost impossible to tell that they were mosquitoes because it just looks like gray granular powder.
@@bobbygfl Cool, will try to make a home made version of this... Hopefully the listed ingredients on this product are complete and can be copied.
@@bobbygfl Re: Dynatrap, it sounds good, but have you tried it indoors?
How long do they last? Are they refillable?
Yes. Refillable. The solution does not evaporate. Just add water again and again.
So mosquitos are attracted to the carbon dioxide we breathe out and then are able to hone onto the flow of the blood in our body, and you are telling us this simulates all the mechanics employed by the mosquitos or not?
I don’t know the science. It seems to just work
Yes, that's the science.
I've used these before but didn't do nothing for me
Try this th-cam.com/video/RayIq2M2ukw/w-d-xo.html
Great info - tyfs!
Beautiful home btw
Thank you!
They seem to have disappeared. I have not found them anywhere.
Nice!
So where are the dead mosquitos? I'm guessing your shewing them away with some kind of scent? Sorry my friend that's not elimination by any means!
The mosquitoes drink the stuff and die somewhere after they consume it
@@bobbygfl And your a graduate from?
Lol.
There are no dead mosquitoes. They are simply attracted to an area away from you.
Can you make a video about your Lychee tree? 🙌🏼
Yes!
thanks, but here's a tip, go a little slower when moving the camera, makes one a little dizzy ; )
Thank you I appreciate that at work harder to keep the camera still
Those things don't work for me.
You need to embrace the placebo effect for these contraptions to work.
Thanks
Do ultrasound speakers work ?
No. In fact, they attract certain animals and bugs
It's probably yeast that's why u need warm water mosquitos love yeast smell
Agreed
Sadly Australian eBay, Amazon and Catch do not list anything like the Mosquito Eliminator shown in the video. Using the provided links did not help. Thanks anyway.
Try searching for spartan. Here’s a U.S. link www.westmarine.com/taylor-made-stainless-steel-flag-poles-P007_214_005_512.html
Where did you get your table and chairs? I'm looking for a set just like that...
Thanks. A local polyteak dealer. Just Google polyteak furniture. Poly wood and fabritech also. You get what you pay for. The cheeper choices are lighter foam core type lumber with lower grade stainless hardware. The more expensive option 300.00 per chair range are solid, heavy, fade resistant and high quality 316 stainless hardware that will not rust stain. Hope that helps!

Try in corner ceiling near a patio, we are in AZ and hang inside corner of patio. You just have to fill it with water more often. :) I know it states away from people but only place is where I stated and in a tree near front porch. They worked for us. Aion is the brand we purchased from, same concept.
I NEED something for inside area about 1200sq ft. that will GET RID OF,repel and/or kill GNATS!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE THIS YEAR in North East Texas!!👎👎👎
Same here!! Get this. After hurricane Ian, we had a nap problem that was ridiculous. I bought this thing and it got rid of all of them. We put it away for about a month or two and then they came back so we just pulled it off the shelf, plugged it back in and it catches them all quickly. It's a scam. Shame on you.
