Bars addon is multiclass addon that also shows for example eclipses or instant cast procs on druid etc. and it is this: www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/spellactivationoverlay As for the seal tracker, it is just my simple WA I usually make for few important spells where you kinda wanna track uptime.
Here I had Jaws of Defeat and Fall of Mortality. Both HC versions. And based on logs i had around 2,6k spirit, 800 crit and 2k haste. I dont go for mastery. And nowadays i reduced spirit down to 2,1-2,2k. And with that went more crit.
Hey there. About Sac - I am used to getting oneshot if used on tank (so thats 2 globals for Sac and Bubble and i might need bubble elsewhere) and there is close to no need to use it on anybody else. As for long CDs, I usually use them at specific times. It could be optimized a bit better but not by much. I kinda needed some CD P1 for tank. Then I need 2 cds 1 for each seed spawn and then I2 I usually need something. If you have tips, go ahead 🙂
That depends. For 10m double heal? It does not really matter. For me solo healing stuff and from my personal feeling. The more the better. It just feels more fluent. It might not be best for HPS or EHP or w/e, but the gameplay just feels better to me. I saw people trying out mastery builds and stuff. But to me it just feels like reinveting wheel. Maybe I am just old and grumpy, hehe. I will probably try Baleroc solo heal next and I am sure haste will be huge there.

Why don't you use Sac on CD? You could replie that dmg taken on you with any healing global. Also you sit alot on long cds.
