    @therockkkkher Sure, some can be printed and other effects are done with heat transfer materials. And some types are heat pressed to a screen printed adhesive. There are a few different ways to do metallic or foiling effects. Thanks for watching & commenting! ☠

    @mherring27 This is my buddies press. It costs about $35,000. Not sure what size chiller or compressor it has. Pretty big Ingersoll and Rolland units. I don’t know their individual costs. But if you want a quote I have a colleague who can help you with M&R sales. Just let me know. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! ☠

    Hey there, I like M&R as well. Good stuff. I have never worked with the Freedom Workhorse presses, sorry. I have no idea how they run. Thanks so much for watching and dropping me a note. ☠

    @wildekarde I may eventually; the problem is getting a job I can make a video with. Some customers do not want their print job on TH-cam. Thanks for watching & commenting! ☠

    @mark2bit It is pretty small but there are even smaller automatic machines these days but I don’t know how good they are. This type of printing requires great music. Catching for 2 presses can be a lot of work. Thanks for watching & commenting! ☠

    That M&R is real compact!
    I used to be the third person, I would catch for two presses at once.. and on occasion be the puller if they needed it.
    Those were the days lol

    Can you tell me what size and brand chiller is used on this press? also what size and brand air compressor is used? I'm thinking of purchasing one and need an idea what I need to have to make it run.

  • @mherring27

      @@CatspitProductions Thank you for the response. and thank you for making such amazing video's educational about screen printing. it's inspired me to dig deeper on screen printing industries. willing to upgrade to low budget automatic m&r 6/8s 1995 below but unfortunately you can't do flash between color without losing head print. as I see on a lot of video on the auto on dark color they do wet on wet even on dark shirt. its the only way not to lose headprint but I do test on manual it almost impossible to get wet on wet on at least 4 color. even if I using anti tack it's not hold any longer. there always be ink pickup and ruin the other color. any suggestion?

      @@mateorenai My pleasure to help out where I can. I'm happy to know you enjoy my video work. If you're printing a white under base it has to be flashed. You cannot print on a wet white under base. Once the under base is flashed, you can print the subsequent colors wet. There are "low pickup" inks that can be used for this purpose and curable reducer has anti tack agents in it as well. Also your artwork should be set up to be wet on wet friendly.

      @@CatspitProductions I really am enjoyed your amazing video work. Already done that I did flashed underbase then wet on wet. I did test again yesterday for several setting like a viscosity of the ink and adjust off contact but still had a same problem. but now it's more clear for me that the problem I guess is on ink quality. I would try using wiflex and rutland next time and do comparison between those two. well.. Thanks again for responding in to discussion. :D Hope the best for CatSpit!!

    6:26 Ah the "Tool Free Pallet Locator System" Makes moving the pallets so much easier on a 14 station press! M&R's are great. Ive also heard good things about the Progressive Falcon Series. Very similar in operation. Do you know anything about the Freedom Workhorse? I have a job opportunity running a shop with one as their only press and it looks like a pain to run..

      @CatspitProductions  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +LogoServices I would call M&R for specific instructions on that particular to your year model. Normally that is done by the installer when you get it set up. Thanks for watching. Screen Printing Equipment & Supplies - catspitscreenprintsupply.com/
