Chine is going far with it's machinery; no matter how Americans or the proamericans console themselves!
Majority if not all of the Chinese trucks have hub reduction axles, while the American ones have the single reduction axles, no wonder the chinese are out muscling the ones from the America. The china trucks are using big boy planetary axle, the American trucks are using flimsy single reduction axles.
My guess would be that american trucks are made to haul load thousands of miles before service, while chinese made for heavy local one. That's why they have that reduction gear.
Do you know what age those American trucks are? When they were built, China was still a third world country😂

To pull such a load with a small 10 liter engine, the transmission is slow-moving, optimal 65km.h = 1500 rpm, maximum 75km.h 2000 rpm. Consumption with 35 tons on asphalt is about 42 liters per 100 km
its worth remembering shacman are just licence built designs of prior iterations of MAN and Steyr trucks, many of which were well proven robust designs for heavy off-road dump truck work, at least when they had European OEM parts original, now assuming shacman stuck to the OEM specs for the licenced subcomponents, then they will last a long time.
not all components. on the engine at least, they're usually using either a Cummins ISM or ISG (Chinese specific market, which I think is based on the ISM or X12) or an indigenous Weichai WP10, WP12, WD10, or WD12 (the WD apparently means Weichai-Deutz, which they had a partnership with).

America doesn't build such trucks because they would never be allowed to travel on an American road carrying that much weight, however for strip mining, or rock quarry they haul just a much or more, you just won't see them on a street or highway, that's all.

BUT the American trucks are not gonna out muscle the chinese trucks while they're still in good condition, because very few american trucks have hub reduction axles, while majority of the chinese trucks do.

Don't know much about Chinese trucks but Russian ones would beat the US ones hands down and on videos they have been showing that. I know what I just stated is going to upset some but Russia is a huge country that has very rural areas that need tough trucks!

this chinese trucks must be forbiden for import ilke in the US and Europe ! this trucks are made for closed off-road circuit like mining or construction sites but not for transport on paved road because paved road can carry only 12 tones per axles as max payload more then that it get damaged and 1 km paved road costs 100k dollars. the chinese dont care about countries roads they only want to sale, but its the responsibility of the jamaican authorities to stop this trucks.
None of the trucks stuck discharging their duties being American or Chinese, they all did better, the green shackman is operator is just putting unnecessary pressure on the engine with that overload thinking he is skillful. Zero performance.
