2 years later, and still one of my favorite videos to watch.
It was a lot of fun to participate in the Open for the first time. Since I don't have a lot of the movements down (HSPU, MU), I did the scaled version. BUT, my goal for next year is to do everything Rx! I love CrossFit for giving me motivation to train harder!
watching those girls take on 15.5 made me actually cry a little. Amazing, inspiring.
We need more stuff like this HQ... Please? You guys are still doing great

CrossFit® Ever thought about doing a team open workout live? That would be interesting to see. Especially as teams becomes more popular with Rich and Jason moving to team.
I know what it is, but it be interesting to see that changed. Just like masters. Cool to see a few live opens for them.

I'm new to watching the Crossfit Games and everything leading up to it, so has the Games already started for 2015? And if it hasn't started yet, where can I watch it?
The Games is every summer, typically in the end of july. It will be livestreamed here on TH-cam and on espn. You vän watch the past games here on TH-cam or at games.Crossfit.com

Just did some quick research and it looks like he's under the name Colby Lopez instead. Same height, weight, and age, clean and jerked the same weight on 15.1a and is on "Team Rollins" so it looks like him haha

Why doesnt the games have age brackets? Why not have fittest on earth overall and then fittest on earth age brackets. It would draw more people to watch and compete.
