Crossing Malfunction in Odell, IL plus Amtrak 12/5/17

While waiting for 305 and a NB freight, the signals at Prairie St. malfunctioned and then shut off a couple times, and then 305 went through, and the gates remained down for another minute. I then went down to Scott St. to get the freight (in next video) and the gates continued to malfunction before and after it went through. It continued activation every few minutes for about an hour until a maintainer finally showed up. I've never seen a crossing on this line malfunction for this long before.
