I have only ridden the mountain coaster at glenwood caverns and that coaster slaps honestly so much fun, this does not look quite as good as that one but still looks fun!
I kept on waiting for something to happen! Wow this was slow! Setting is nice and only saving grace, to a degree. Would love to see a ranking of the world's best mountain coasters :)
I guess I oughta get out there and ride it, since it's my back year compared to Carowinds and Kings Island, and I don't have plans for Playland until 2024. (although I'll go to the PNE fair there this August without riding "Coaster"). heck: even I discovered the one in Levenworth in the state of Washington U.S.A. before In even heard of this, since it's how I came home from visiting my mom last year. When did you ride this? Are you visiting Playland too? I could go to Playland to meet you, otherwise It's not worth riding coaster again (for me at least) until next year. In any case: thanks for posting!
@@CanobieCoaster Don't feel too bad, remember it now has seatbelts that lock tight once the train is dispatched, and they hurt the now always one train ops even more than they hurt the ride, (assuming it's even running).
That does sound disappointing for a ride. It is slow this one should be a lot faster like at least 30-40 MPH. But if it has a view then that’s the rides standout. If it wasn’t for the view I wouldn’t ride it. And by the way I subscribed to your TH-cam channel. I really like your videos. I am a thrill seeker just like you. I like riding rollercoasters, thrilling flat rides, thrilling waterslides and WaterCoasters. WaterCoasters are my favorite type of waterslide but I like rollercoasters better. I have only been on 1 watercoaster so far which was The Green Extreme but I really liked it a whole lot. It is 81 feet tall and has 7 uphill segments and 7 drops and 3 large sized drops. The drops can give airtime. I have also been to Six Flags Over Texas and rode their thrilling rollercoasters. I didn’t get to ride all of them the first them. The rollercoasters I missed were, Titan, New Texas Giant, Runway Mine Train because it was closed, Aquaman Power Wave but I almost got on that one but the ride had technical difficulties. And I didn’t get the chance to ride La Vibora or El Diablo or the flat rides. But I did ride these rides, Shock Wave, Mr. Freeze Reverse Blast, Batman The Ride Clone, The Joker Ride, Judge Roy Scream, Pandemonium, and Runway Mountain. So far Mr. Freeze has been my favorite one there but next time I will get on New Texas Giant and Titan first thing when I get there and I think it will be my new favorite.
Grouse Mountain is getting a mountain coaster for the 2025 summer season & they have a zip line course.
Awesome!
This ride is so fun as long as you don’t get stuck behind some little kid going as slow as possible ☺️
I was luckily the first car of the day, so I had a clear path.

Still need to ride that one.
I didnt even know this was in vancouver till i saw ur playland video. I have to add this to my list now
It's a lesser talked about coaster but fun.

I haven't been on a lot of the crazy ones in Europe, so if I do it, it will be limited to North America.
@@CanobieCoaster Ahh I see, maybe would still be a fun vid, your call of course.
One in Revelstoke is fun too

I was at Playland a few weeks ago. Unfortunately Coaster was closed. I loved that ride in 2019, so I was excited to get back on it.

Would you ever do a ranking video for your favorite mountain coasters?
Maybe
Was it a powered coaster or was it gravity driven?
Gravity

I hope to get on Green Extreme someday. This mountain coaster was slower than others, which was a shame given the awesome setting.
That looks so disappointingly mild for a Brandauer Alpine Coaster 😬
Yes it actually does.😬
It's a Sunkid per rcdb. Sadly it was quite slow. Heck of a view though!
@@CanobieCoaster Yeah Brandauer was acquired by Sunkid but Brandauer still exists in it's core, just under it's new "Sunkid" branding.
🐢
I wish it went faster.
wwhhhhhhhhhhhhhyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyiiiiiiiiiiisssssssssssssssssiiiiiiiiiiiiiiittttttttttttsssssssssssssooooooooooooooooooooosssssssssssssssssllllllllllllllllloooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwww
I know. I wish it was faster since the setting was amazing.
