Happy Tuesday friends!! Who else feels like a new tech is coming out everyday?! I’m sharing how to identify what is worth learning and what might by “hype”.
I have to admit I as doing a tutorial on 4chan in /g/ and they are way ahead of the curve. Just did networkChucks AI tutorial which included Stable Disfusion and its trash compared to the one 4chans tutorial covers which is Fooocus. So 10 points for /g/ !

Im a Jr. AI Engineer Intern in GenAI for a startup. You have to be comfortable with data preprocessing - transformation and reduction. Also have to learn Python for working with LangChain and Vertex AI. It was the only opportunity that presented itself after I graduated. The talent pool for software devs is way oversaturated from bootcamps in the last 10 yrs. AI is going to be the next rush.
Hi! i am junior react/C#.net developer looking for entry level AI opportunities but not understanding or seeing a lot of opportunities out there. Any ideas?
I still remember when the World Wide Web contained only research documents written in text and it was only available at research facilities (including universities which were early adopters). At that time, I'd been a moderator of the Intellec Network for several years. The early Internet was a step down in the wealth of information available via the BBS network carried in 140+ countries by echomail. I also remember working at the first company in the metropolitan area where I live to have a T-1 connection. The latency from East Tennessee to Stratus Computers in Hartford, CT was < 1 millisecond. There was very little traffic on the Internet back then. How times have changed.
How to develop critical & analytical thinking? Am MIS Analyst, working mostly in excel. I have also learnt Tableau & SQL but this analytical thinking doesn't come to me naturally, so what shall I do?
I'm currently learning backend engineering with Python 🐍, but I'm also interested in cloud engineering. I hope to pivot into machine learning once I feel comfortable in these fields. What do you think?
Yes! I finished the network plus by CompTIA and feel that I need to go on to AWS cloud. There is just so much sometimes you don't know where to start or where to go where to go next, but we can always do the fundamentals.
I've seen some your videos about solveing problems and learning methods and I'm curious what's your point of view for this method when You try to create your own small script or app. You've just found good example and try to learn this but in code is a couple topics which You don't know. So at first You're writing many difference examples how to use this topic(functions, objects etc) or maybe another way. You change many times this basic script with this topics to learn mechanism ? Of course every single another example is a experiment and the problem which You should solve.
The biggest areas of near to mid term opportunity will likely focus on selecting, introducing, working with, optimising and continually improving AI interactions with people and workflows. Trouble is, the long term opportunities fort people will become very limited...
I think smarter is to stop trend chasing and think about making something useful instead. And that will guarantee your success. Only useful products and jobs makes money. If you are chasing crowd that chases trend, that only leads to diminishing returns. The only profit you can gain is if you are only reporter or influencer that wants to post trending topics, but again you end up in a crowd of other reporters that just regurgitate same trending topics.
@@rashedulkabir6227 There is no such thing as easy money, you need to be well educated and work hard to make money. You want example ? Well even if i give you, you most likely won't understand. Scientists and engineers don't just sit in the office and gets money. You can be useful by solving problems, or helping to solve problems, being police officer o a doctor is a good example. But if you want to make a busnes it's not an easy task to find a solvable problem that can also be profitable.
Lots of parts to the AI thing from Chat bots, to Analysis bots, to rendering bots. Its like AI leap isn't just one but the ability to run local council of bots. Just look up the 1980's Concept of the "Knowledge Navigator". Chat GPT-4o is getting really close.
Good talk. Timely for me, I'm learning AI! Great tip, you have to enjoy it, 100%! AI has been around a long while. Very few relative jobs in AI until recently though. It's one that is hard to predict as it depends on where it may go, new breakthroughs or not. The hype could fizzle out. An AI winter. Or not. But like game dev (my past career) I would expect it to come back again sooner or later, dips and peaks. It's usually always the least skilled who get laid off. So just make sure you become an expert if career matters to you. So stay in a position where you are learning, or move if you just become a machine learning nothing new. Yes, another good tip, need good background knowledge. Reading up on documentation and Tutorials are good. Communities are good, slack channels. I suggest new SM accounts just for AI. Stops distractions! AI should be here to stay, with ups and downs in job demands. As it's so fundamental and useful. I'm not sure which way I will branch, low level deep into coming up with new algorithms, or finding new ways to use existing ones. But I love R&D word and experimenting myself with new algorithms! EDIT - I may fail to be good at it as getting on now, in 50s! But I am not putting pressure on myself. Just taking it how it goes. I have always been interested in AI. This gives me the patience to keep reminding videos explaining and make notes.
heya Tiff and chat, you guys know any related chatgpt softwares that can analyze excel. If there are free modules, that would be great recommendations.
I was wondering today the exact same questions.... But one thing is for sure for me (as an allround full stack developer for years now), AI will stay here for ever and will change the whole world very fast from now on. OpenAI let the genie out of the bottle yesterday and it's not going back...
5:55 i think you don't really understand how big AI is. It will be the fundament of every work in the future. Sure, there will be new tech trends. But AI will be way smarter than you at this point and will work way better in every field you can think of. AI will outperform everyone in just a few years. I wouldn't go for any job that has to do with data or bureaucracy. You will have a well paid job for a few years, but you will be replaced soon 100%.

Being older than the internet I can remember it's early years and going from one end of the internet to the other. Those days are a distant memory 😊

What questions or topics do you want me to cover? Let me know!💗 it is super helpful!

This might be too niche, but I’m trying to understand what a developer advocate does and if I should hire for my dev teams or data science teams.
I'm currently learning backend engineering with Python 🐍, but I'm also interested in cloud engineering. I hope to pivot into machine learning once I feel comfortable in these fields. What do you think?
please enlighten me with your thoughts on quantum computers
My AI brain tells me your next video is going to be a comparison of Chat GPT with other AI engines.
kinda close
Thankyou for keeping us updated....!!!! 🙌🙌❤️
Great channel! A great beautiful teacher teaching tech! Caan't ask for more...! So grateful! Thank you
Thanks for the tips Tiff! I also struggle in keeping up with the tech landscape.
I passed the azure networking exam. Feel like now doing the Amazon machine learning specialty exam. Thinking about doing it, tiff? 😀

I just stuck with blockchain, it's pretty lucrative. Find what you like and go deeper than the majority.
Let me save you 13 minutes: Master the fundamentals first, curate social media for educational content.

You are right. Fastest pace of change in tech ever. Great video and topic. 👌
This is good timing and very good advice. As for my learning, I'm focusing on machine learning and computer vision

But how can a non tech break into tech now and land an entry level role given that there might be younger people entering same market.
Hey .. just came across your channel !!! Great Video and thanks for doing all this work to keep the community informed !!!

Give some examples of useful jobs.

Buy a small beach bar in a hot country, learn to pour drinks :)
hahaha that is the best option

happy wednesday here! thanks for another video. learning everytime.
You made some excellent points! I almost fell for the blockchain kinda thing too LOL

How can I find a good slack community?

Plz make a group where people give referral to each other for job ❤
ahaha I live under a rock, lol you are the rock ahah knowledge to give us all thx goddess
I love tech but man its getting worse and worse with trying to keep up to date with everything thats coming out
zamzam water
Trend chasing will prove detrimental in the long run. Fundamentals are paramount and will never go away despite what the trends say.
You will have to learn both fundamentals and trends.
Y’all ai is the next trend! Where the cash flow is heading if that’s your concern😒
tik what tech you need to tik😂
chazing trend in tech is worthless
just learn tech that u need trend or not
tech are tools
I don't understand half of what you are saying, but I watch you because you are sooooooo cute.

"It will not be AI"? Agree to disagree.
Is that your kid in the video
